Bug Fixes
This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.
Core
New Functions
[25713] Separate account for customer exchange rate adjustments
It is now possible to define a dedicated account for exchange rate adjustments in the customer posting groups. This change allows users to clearly distinguish between originally posted receivables and subsequent exchange rate adjustments caused by currency fluctuations. This leads to improved transparency and better financial accuracy.
[25714] Separate account for vendor exchange rate adjustments
It is now possible to define a dedicated account for exchange rate adjustments in the vendor posting groups. This change makes it easier to distinguish between originally posted liabilities and subsequent exchange rate adjustments resulting from currency fluctuations. This leads to improved transparency and better financial accuracy.
[26624] Clearer serial number display on sales documents
Sales documents that include items or service items with serial numbers will now display the serial number on an additional text line. To improve clarity for customers, the text Serial No.: is automatically inserted before the actual serial number, e.g. Serial No.: KLLKKLKL. This ensures that the purpose of the number is immediately clear and improves the readability of sales documents.
[26880] Text editor for extended text lines
Users can now create and edit extended text lines using a text editor instead of manual table editing.
[27787] Customer details FactBox shows master data hints
The Customer Details FactBox will now always display master data hints if they exist for the selected customer record. This gives users quicker insight into customer records and provides them with easier navigation.
[28989] Item notes display when inserting items into document lines
Item notes are now automatically displayed when inserting an item into document lines, regardless of how the item is entered. Previously, item notes were only displayed when the item was added using the Item No. field. Now, if an item is inserted using either the Item No. or Vendor Item No., the corresponding notes will be shown according to the setup, ensuring consistent visibility of important item information.
[29118] Better compatibility for internal invoicing customers
When marking a customer as Internal Invoicing, TRASER DMS 365 no longer checks for the existence of a VAT posting group marked as internal. This adjustment improves the compatibility with international requirements, as not all companies use VAT business posting groups.
[29573] Higher post batch efficiency for sales orders
When using the Post Batch action for sales orders, the Post Order Dates page is no longer displayed for each document, even if the Posting Date Check (Sales) field is set to a value other than No Check. This change streamlines the batch posting process, making it faster and more efficient.
[29651] File size added to media storage list
A new File Size field has been added to the Media Storage list. Users can now easily view the size of each file directly in the table for improved visibility and management.
[29818] Ship-To details added to customer ledger entries
When posting sales or service documents that create a customer ledger entry, the Ship-To City and Ship-To Post Code fields are now transferred to two new fields in the customer ledger entry table.
Improvements
[28982] Caption and Tooltip improvements in core area
Multiple caption and tooltip enhancements have been implemented across the core area, improving clarity and user experience.
[29642] New layout for sales invoice printout when 'Show Client Currency' is activated
The sales invoice printout has been refined for scenarios where the Show Client Currency toggle switch is activated. Multiple cleanups and layout enhancements were implemented to deliver a more polished, consistent and user-friendly printout. These improvements aim to increase readability, reduce clutter and ensure that client currency information is presented clearly and professionally in the document.
Machine
New Functions
[24740] Rent quote outcome tracking
The ability to mark rent quotes as won or lost was added, giving users clearer visibility into quote outcomes. This improves tracking, enables more accurate reporting and supports better decision-making throughout the contract lifecycle.
[26471] Service items from assembly included in calculation review
Service items generated through assembly can now be viewed and reviewed directly within the calculation review.
[26785] Automated checklists for sales orders
A new checklist functionality has been added to sales orders. When a service item is entered in the sales line, a dialog window will be displayed asking the user whether they want to insert the checklist defined in the related service item category. If confirmed, the checklist is added to the sales order and must be completed before shipment posting. Attempting to ship without completing the checklist will trigger a warning. If declined, no checklist is created.
[26787] Checklist templates for service item categories
A new checklist functionality is now available in both sales and transfer orders to ensure all necessary items for a machine are provided to the customer or the receiving location. Checklist templates can be defined in the service item categories and used automatically when adding a service item to either a sales or transfer order. This helps guarantee that all required steps are completed before shipment posting.
[27025] New configurations FactBox on service item card and list
A new configurations FactBox was added to both the service item card and the service item list, showing key details such as status, type, number, description, quantity and attribute values. This change provides clearer visibility and quicker navigation to configurations linked to a service item.
[27444] Automated checklists for transfer orders
A new checklist functionality has been added to transfer orders. When a service item is entered in the transfer line, a dialog window will be displayed asking the user whether they want to insert the checklist defined in the related service item category. If confirmed, the checklist is added to the transfer order and must be completed before shipment posting. Attempting to ship without completing the checklist will trigger a warning. If declined, no checklist is created.
[27484] Access finished checklists in posted documents
Finished checklists are now transferred to posted documents for easier tracking after posting. The completed checklist from the sales or transfer order is automatically linked to the posted sales invoice or posted transfer shipment and can be accessed via the Open Checklist action. This allows users to view the completed checklist directly from the posted document.
[28541] Removal of built-in configurations without stock posting
A new functionality now allows users to remove built-in configurations from service items without triggering revaluation or affecting item stock levels, ensuring accurate service item data and smoother resale processes.
[28543] Wizard for transforming option codes into service items
A new wizard now enables users to convert configuration options directly into service items without posting any revaluation or item ledger entries. This functionality is only available for lines of type Option.
[29506] Caption alignment for configurations
References previously labeled as Equipment have been renamed to Configuration to ensure consistency across all areas.
[29794] Open linked sales or transfer orders from checklist
A new function has been added to the checklist card allowing users to open the connected sales or transfer order directly from the checklist. This Show Linked Record action makes it easier for users to access and review the related document directly from the finished checklist.
Improvements

Multiple caption and tooltip enhancements have been implemented across the machine area, improving clarity and user experience.
Service
New Functions
[23263] Extended service item document data
The Service Item Document Data table has been extended so that defined values can now be used directly in service documents. This ensures consistency and reusability of data across service processes.
[23264] Service item selection in service lines
A new field, Service Item to Sell, has been added to service lines, allowing users to select a service item directly for sale via a service order. Similar to the service item field in sales lines, selecting a service item automatically populates the connected item, tracking lines and any relevant document data, eliminating the need to manually specify the item number and tracking information.
[23265] 'Select Service Item' action
A new action has been added to the service worksheet, allowing users to select service items via a filtering page for quicker and easier entry.
[23266] Auto-populate 'Trade No.' and 'Calculation Entry Type' for service items
When a service item intended for sale is added to service lines, the current Trade No. is automatically populated. Additionally, the Calculation Entry Type is set to Sale by default, though users can modify it if needed, streamlining data entry while maintaining flexibility.
[25640] Enhanced service item creation from service orders
Creating a service item directly from a service quote or order now opens a dialog window that allows entry of the full product hierarchy and an optional serial number. This replaces the previous minimal creation process and ensures complete, accurate data from the start.
[25856] Enhanced warranty claim statistics view
The claim statistics FastTab has been updated to provide a clearer overview of values related to a warranty claim. Service orders and credit memos linked to the claim are now grouped and presented more transparently, with balances adjusted to exclude VAT where required, improving clarity and accuracy in the claim statistics FastTab.
[26420] Bulk reservation cancellation
A new bulk cancellation action has been added, allowing users to remove reservations for multiple selected lines at once. This improves efficiency in managing reservations for sales orders, service orders and purchase orders.
[27030] Reason code for service intervals
A Reason Code field has been added to service intervals, with optional mandatory configuration. This allows categorization of intervals, improving reporting, operational tracking and filtering of service activities.
[27132] Service interval priority
A Service Interval Priority table and corresponding priority field have been added, allowing service intervals to be prioritized for scheduling and processing. This enhancement enables more effective management of critical maintenance tasks.
[27133] Caption update: 'Counter' to 'Meter'
All occurrences of the word Counter have been renamed to Meter. This change ensures consistent terminology across TRASER DMS 365, aligning with industry standards and eliminating confusion.
[27136] 'Create Intervals' action
A new Create Intervals action allows users to generate maintenance intervals from advanced filters. This speeds up interval setup for multiple service items, making it especially useful for managing large fleets and reducing repetitive manual work.
[27137] 'Service Notice' interval type
A Service Notice interval type has been added, allowing intervals to be flagged for notifications or reminders. This supports new informational workflows and ensures timely alerts for upcoming service activities.
[27300] Print archived service worksheets
Users can now print archived service worksheets using archived data, including signatures and images. This allows sharing an accurate point-in-time record with customers and manufacturers, even after the service order has been processed.
[27328] Editable service coordinates on service item worksheet
An editable Service Coordinates field WAS added to the service item worksheet. The coordinates can be copied directly into Google Maps or Bing Maps, improving location accuracy and helping technicians reach service items more efficiently.
[27425] Automatic warranty assignment for new vs. used items
Warranty types and durations are now automatically assigned based on a service item's state (new/used) and manufacturer code. All matching warranties are applied and if none match the manufacturer, a generic warranty is used instead. This eliminates manual adjustments and ensures warranty coverage remains accurate.
[28015] Better service wizard navigation
The Service Wizard has been updated so that navigation buttons are consistently visible on all steps. Step-specific actions like Back and Next are now properly enabled or disabled and buttons are aligned in the same position throughout the wizard. These changes improve clarity and streamline the workflow for users.
[28212] Downloading all media for service items
A new Download All Media action has been added, allowing users to download all photos and data stored in the media storage table for a service item in a single step. This streamlines media handling, eliminates the need for manual per-file downloads and significantly speeds up exporting large numbers of files.
[28283] Transfer warranty claim comments to deductible invoices
Solution and problem comments from warranty claims are now transferred to the deductible invoice, ensuring that all relevant claim information is visible in the relevant FactBoxes. This allows problem and resolution descriptions to be displayed directly on invoices, preserving important context for billing and improving transparency.
[29704] Auto-fill customer address in service wizard
When creating a service order from the customer service item list using the service wizard, the customer address (first location) is now automatically filled if the Shop location is not selected. The first location is determined using the Ship-To Code, streamlining order creation and reducing manual entry.
Improvements
[26466] Prevention of duplicate service item assignment via 'Copy Document' action
It is now not possible to assign the same service item to multiple sales or service lines. When using Copy Document to create a new sales or service document, TRASER DMS 365 checks if a service item is already used. If so, the Service Item No. will not be transferred to the new line. A notification will be displayed on the newly created document explaining that the service item was not copied because it is already in use. This improvement ensures data consistency and prevents accidental duplication of service items across sales and service documents.
[28847] Improved transfer order creation from worksheets
Transfer orders can now be created from service worksheets reliably, even when the destination location already has stock of the item. This enhancement makes inventory transfer flows more robust and flexible. Users can now generate transfer orders without restrictions related to existing stock in the target location.
[28984] Caption and ToolTip improvements
Captions and tooltips in the service area have been improved to make the interface clearer, more intuitive and easier to use.

[24463] 'Cancelled' field added to posted trade-ins
A new field, Cancelled, has been added to posted trade-in documents. When a trade-in is cancelled using the new Cancel or Correct actions, this field will display Yes, allowing users to easily identify cancelled trade-ins.
[25733] Service order status visible in calculation worksheet
The status of a service order created from the calculation worksheet is now displayed directly in the workshop lines of the worksheet. This provides better visibility and helps users track service order progress more efficiently.
[25739] Service activities status visible in calculation worksheet
The calculation worksheet now displays the service activities status based on the service order statuses from the Workshops FastTab. This provides clearer visibility into ongoing and completed service activities directly within the calculation worksheet.
[25740] Return status visible in calculation worksheet
The calculation worksheet now shows the return status based on the document types of returned service items. This provides clearer insight into the progress of service item returns directly in the calculation worksheet.
[25743] Additional status Information in calculation worksheet lines
The calculation worksheet lines now display the Return Status, Service Activities Status and Service Item Status. This provides greater transparency and enables users to track return progress, service activity completion and purchase-related service item status directly within the calculation forecast.
[25746] Related activities status added to configure price quote
The configure price quote now displays a consolidated Related Activities Status. This status is derived from the Return Status, Service Activities Status and Service Item Status in the calculation worksheet lines, giving users a clear, high-level overview of all related activities directly in the configure price quote.
[25810] Configurable base machine list price source
Users can now choose how the Base Machine List Price is filled for existing service items when using the calculation worksheet. A new Base Machine List Price field in the Sales & Receivables Setup allows selecting between:
- Unit Cost of Service Item
- Calculation Unit Cost
This provides greater flexibility and control over how machine pricing is derived.

[27322] Configurations update functionality
Users can now select which configurations to update through the new Update Service Item Equipment action in sales documents, featuring FastTabs for equipment, configurations and external equipment. This action allows users to specify exactly which configurations should be inserted.
[27326] Duplicate prevention when updating service item configurations
When updating configurations in a sales document using the new Update Service Item Equipment action, the system now checks whether the configurations already exist in the sales lines. If matching lines are found, the configurations are not inserted again. This prevents duplicate entries and ensures that the source of each line remains clear and traceable.
[27424] Machine Finder improvements
The Machine Finder has been reorganized for clearer navigation. The Option FastTab has been renamed to Attributes and Attributes is now Attribute Values. Additionally, searching by serial number is now supported, making it easier to quickly locate specific machines.

The Machine Finder now supports searching by Equipment (No. & Description), allowing users to quickly locate service item configurations based on specific criteria and improving overall search efficiency.
[27996] Ability to reactivate excluded commission lines
Commission lines that were previously excluded can now be reactivated and included again in commission calculations.
[28495] Attachments archived in configure price quote (CPQ)
Attachments from a Configure Price Quote (CPQ) are now automatically stored and displayed in a CPQ archive when the CPQ is won and deleted. The archive is automatically created at the final step of the CPQ, ensuring all attachments are preserved before the CPQ is removed.
[29002] 'Vendor Item No.' transfer from purchase order to service item
The Vendor Item No. used in a purchase order is now transferred to the service item card, ensuring accurate vendor reference information. Previously, the system always used the Vendor Item No. from the item card, even when a base code in the calculation worksheet resulted in a different vendor item number in the purchase order. With this change, the service item card now reflects the actual vendor item number from the purchase order, providing correct and consistent vendor-related data.
[29086] Terminology update in calculation review
In the calculation review, component wording has been updated for clarity. The German term Komponenten is now displayed as Ausstattungen to ensure consistency with the calculation type and reduce any potential confusion for users.
[29528] Configuration list now supports multiple languages
The configuration list for sales and service orders has been enhanced to support multiple translations for service item configurations. When a specific language is selected, the report is generated in that language. This change ensures localized reporting for service items, making configurations details clear in any chosen language.
[29909] Caption change in calculation worksheet
The caption Configurations (other vendors) has been renamed to Additional Configurations. This update applies to all related fields, including those in the calculation worksheet, and ensures consistent terminology across TRASER DMS 365.
Improvements

[26892] Aligned Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS fields for orders with and without picks
The Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS fields view has been aligned for orders with and without picks, ensuring that users see the same information regardless of whether a location requires picking. This provides a consistent experience across locations and simplifies the warehouse process.
[26949] Credit memo creation no longer blocked by missing pick-up bin
When creating a corrective credit memo from a posted sales invoice, the process will no longer be blocked if the original pick-up bin has been deleted. The credit memo line will now use the original bin code if it still exists. Otherwise, it will be created with an empty or default bin code.
[27038] Location aggregation for stock conversion suggestions
Stock conversion suggestions now support location aggregation, allowing multiple locations to be grouped under a main location. This enables the worksheet to consolidate demand calls across the group, providing unified stock recommendations. Stock conversion suggestions can also be carried out across aggregated locations, streamlining inventory planning when procurement is centralized.
[27076] Substitution preference field
A new Substitution Preference field has been added to item substitutions. This allows users to define default substitution behavior.
[27077] Enforce substitution option

Sales and service processes now automatically select the correct stock based on the default substitution preference set in the Sales & Receivables Setup.
[27597] Automatic reservation of items when applying standard service codes
When users apply standard service codes, TRASER DMS 365 now automatically creates reservations for items that are configured with Reserve = Always on either the item or stockkeeping unit card. This ensures that critical parts are immediately reserved when standard service codes are added, helping prevent stockouts and improving the reliability of scheduled service operations.
[28004] Confirmation message for internal customers with external order types
Users now receive a confirmation message when an internal customer is selected and an order type without the internal invoicing option is chosen. The message, The order type you selected is not compatible with the internal customer. Do you really want to continue?, is displayed only in sales documents, helping prevent mismatched orders.
[28331] Tariff numbers visible on purchase documents
Users can now view tariff numbers directly on purchase documents, improving transparency and supporting customs and compliance requirements throughout the purchasing process.
[28358] Estimated delivery time in sales quotes
A new field, Estimated Delivery Time, has been added to the sales quote. The value can be set on the header and copied to each line where it can be individually adjusted. When disabled, only specifically configured price lists are created, preventing redundant default entries.
[29187] Multiple price list configuration for catalogs
Catalogs can now be configured with multiple specific price lists before import, replacing the single All Customers approach. Each price list can have its own surcharge template, allowing differentiated pricing strategies across customer segments and providing more granular control over pricing calculations.
