History Legacy Data

This chapter describes how to view legacy data in TRASER DMS 365. This chapter is divided into the following sections:

View legacy data regarding item transactions

To view the legacy data of a specific item, please proceed as follows:

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the page Items.
  • Open an item card.
  • On the item card, select Related > History > Other > Legacy from the menu bar.
  • The Legacy Item Ledger Entries is displayed, showing all item transactions that were created in the legacy system.

View legacy data regarding sales transactions on customer card

To view the legacy data of a specific customer, please proceed as follows:

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the page Customers.
  • Open a customer card.
  • On the customer card, select Related > History > Other > Legacy from the menu bar.
  • The Legacy Customer Ledger Entries page is displayed, showing all sales transactions that were created in the legacy system for the customer.

View legacy data regarding purchase transactions on vendor card

To view the legacy data of a specific vendor, please proceed as follows:

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the page Vendors.
  • Open a vendor card.
  • On the vendor card, select Related > History > Other > Legacy from the menu bar.
  • The Legacy Vendor Ledger Entries page is displayed, showing all purchase transactions that were created in the legacy system for the vendor.
