[15017] Error regarding update of information on posted purchase receipts when changing ‘Pay-to Vendor'

When changing the Pay-to Vendor on a purchase order, the system failed to update the information on the posted purchase receipt. This error has been fixed.

[15539] Error regarding payment conditions

The user wasn't able to set up a payment condition for a specific order type. This error has been fixed.

[15769] Issue regarding internal invoicing in service order types in BC21 environment

The system showed an error message when trying to mark a service order type as Internal Invoicing in the BC21 environment. This issue has been fixed.

[15869] Issue regarding dimension management

The system showed a wrong dialog window regarding dimensions when using the Carry Out action on requisition worksheets. This issue has been fixed.

[15873] Rebook Wizard not usable if service item already has calc. FA

A service item could not be rebooked by using the wizard if there already was a calc. FA. This error has been fixed.

[15911] Entries cannot be changed due to missing permission

Item ledger entries could not be changed due to missing permission. This error has been fixed.

[16089] Changing the service order type with VAT product posting group does not change the VAT Prod. posting group in sales lines

When the service order type which included a VAT product posting group was changed, the VAT product posting group in sales lines was not changed as well. This error has been fixed.

[16153] Dimensions are not written to 'Dimensions' register on item card

When a shortcut dimension was changed on the Dimensions page, the value on the item card was not updated. This error has been fixed.

[16214] Issue regarding application of responsibility center setup

The responsibility center setup was applied to documents even if it wasn't set up as default. This issue has been fixed.

[16232] Error when trying to execute 'Change Serial Number' action

The system showed an error message when trying to execute the Change Serial Number action on the service item card. This error has been fixed.

[16233] Dimensions of service item are not transferred to fixed asset card

When using the Create Calc. FA action or the Rebook Wizard for a service item, the service item's dimensions were not transferred to the fixed asset card. This error has been fixed.

[16279] Boolean values not printed on checklist reports

The checklist report printouts didn't show boolean values correctly. This issue has been fixed.

[16303] System crash when using certain letters in 'My Activities'

The user wasn't able to use certain letters (ä, ö, ü) in My Activities as it caused the system to crash. This issue has been fixed.

[16346] Error when trying to post a commission line

The posting of a commission line led to an error message. This error has been fixed.

[16385] VAT posting group is removed when changing order type

The VAT posting group was wrongfully removed when changing the order type in sales or service orders. This issue has been fixed.

[16433] To Do assigned to a person in worklists cannot be closed

A To Do could not be closed in the worklists because it was assigned to a person. This error has been fixed.

[10376] Copy user setup

The Copy User Setup action has been added to the User Setup List page.

[15661] New boolean 'Show Document Lines' on user setup card

The boolean Show Document Lines has been added to the user setup card.

[15783] Better visibility of alternative position lines on printouts

From now now, alternative position comment lines will be printed above the alternative position lines. The color of the lines has been changed to black.

[15784] Alternative position lines only available in quote documents

From now on, the action Mark as Alternative Position will only be available in quote documents.

[15853] New boolean 'Skip 0 Qty. lines in invoice printout'

The boolean Skip 0 Qty. lines in invoice printout has been added to the Sales & Receivables Setup.

Improvements

[13541] Improvement regarding flag for service order type area

From now on, the flag for the business area (purchase, trade-in, sales, service, rent) will be automatically set to true for the respective area when creating an order type from a document.

[14520] Caption, tooltip and positioning improvements

For better understanding, some captions and tooltips were rewritten. Some actions were positioned under a new action group on the page.

[16039] Improvement regarding commission result line

New fields have been added to the commission results to better evaluate the results of that list.

[16275] Caption improvement in internal invoicing error message

The caption for the internal invoicing error message has been changed.

[15748] Error regarding 'Purchase Line Splitting'

The system showed a wrong behavior regarding the Purchase Line Splitting function. This error has been fixed.

[16277] Error regarding No. field validation

The No. field validation ran into an error on some apps. This error has been fixed.

[16424] Machine community message shown to non machine community customer

The system showed a message regarding a customer being a machine community member to a customer that is not part of a machine community. This error has been fixed.

[16507] Service items that belong to machine community admin are not displayed in bold

Service items that belong to machine community admin were not displayed in bold. This error has been fixed.

[16517] Error in 'Customer Service Items' factbox

The Customer Service Items factbox showed every service item although it was not a customer machine. This error has been fixed.

[16596] 'Machine Community' factbox displays the wrong values

The Machine Community factbox displayed the wrong values. This error has been fixed.

[8465] New boolean 'Machine Community Administrator' on user setup card

The boolean Machine Community Administrator has been added to the user setup card.

[8466] New tab 'Machine Community' in Sales & Receivables Setup

The tab Machine Community has been added to the Sales & Receivables Setup.

[8470] New boolean 'Machine Community Head'

The boolean Machine Community Head has been added to the customer card.

[8472] New infobox showing machine community members in customer list and card

A new factbox including information on machine community members and the share percentage has been added to the customer list and card pages.

[8473] New factbox regarding machine community on customer list and card

A new factbox showing information regarding machine community membership and affected machines has been added to the customer list and customer card.

[8477] Selection of machine community member in sales documents

The system will now show the following message when a user tries to select a machine community member in a sales document: Customer XYZ is a share holder of at least one machine community. Do you want to show the corresponding service items?.

[8478] New field 'Machine Community' added to sales and service documents

The new field Machine Community has been added to some sales and service documents. One of the possible options of this field is Admin with which the Share Documents function can be used.

[8628] New boolean 'Active' regarding machine community in Sales & Receivables Setup

The boolean Active regarding the machine community functionality has been added to the Sales & Receivables Setup.

[8635] One table for all information relating to machine community

A table has been added in TRASER DMS 365 storing all information relating to machine community.

[8637] Document text defined on the head document is transmitted to share documents

Document texts which are defined on the head document are getting transmitted to the share documents.

[8640] New function: share documents from the machine community in sales documents

The Create Share Documents function has been added to sales documents. The Machine Community field has been added to the share documents header.

[8643] Machine community service items shown in service item factbox of share holder customers

Machine community service items are now also shown in the service item factbox of share holder customers. Service items that belong to the machine community admin are displayed in bold font. When a service order is created with the selected service item that belongs to the machine community admin, the Machine Community factbox is displayed on the service order.

[9149] Creation of fresh service documents and selecting a customer that is a member of a machine community

If a service item is selected in the service item lines of a service order that belongs to a machine community, the system now shows a message if the customer number should be changed in the service header.

[9635] Revert Rebook Fixed Asset Wizard

There is a new funtionality to revert postings from the rebook fixed assets wizard. It can only be used for service items that have been rebooked to fixed assets with the rebook wizard and if no other fixed asset postings have been posted for the fixed asset.

[13843] Editing of machine community documents after share documents were created

If the Create Share Document action is used on the machine community admin document, some fields can no longer be edited.

[13844] Selling a service item to a machine community

The Item Tracking Lines are transferred to the first share document and it is possible to post the share documents. After posting the first share document, the correct customer record (machine community admin) is assigned to the service item.

A new factbox was added showing the machine community members and shares in the open documents pages.

[13858] Creation of share documents from the machine community document in service

Share documents can now be created from the machine community document in the service area.

[15422] Automated checklist setup does not work

The checklist is not considered when Series Mandatory is activated in the Service Management Setup. This error has been fixed.

[16045] System opens wrong archived warranty claim

After archiving, the system opened the wrong warranty claim. This error has been fixed.

[16065] Error regarding creation of service quote from service item card

The system showed an error message when trying to creating a service quote from the service item card. This error has been fixed.

[16073] Issue regarding display of fault and resolution descriptions on service invoice and preview reports

The fault and resolution descriptions weren't correctly shown on service invoice and preview reports. This issue has been fixed.

[16207] Issue regarding display of subcategory

The subcategory field was shown even if the Subcategory Mandatory boolean on the Service Management Setup page had been deactivated. This issue has been fixed.

[16234] Warranty claim cannot be released if created manually

A warranty claim could not be released if it was created manually. This error has been fixed.

[16289] Error when creating customer invoice from warranty claim

The system produced an error message when trying to create a customer invoice from a warranty claim. This error has been fixed.

[16570] Service item worksheet report does not print resource labour line

If the language code of the service order was empty and your system language was set to German, no "ungrouped" labour lines will be printed. If the language code of the service orders was DEU, in both cases (system language GER / ENU), no labour line will be printed. This error has been fixed.

[8629] New checkbox 'Check open checklists' on Repair Status Setup

The checkbox Check open checklists has been added to the page Repair Status Setup.

[15215] New print options for service reports

The following print options have been added for service reports:

  • Ignore labour grouping
  • Print work type description instead of resource description

[15388] New Field 'Quote valid to' in service quotes

The field Quote valid to has been added to service quotes.

[15470] Possibility to mark master data hints on service item worksheets

Users are now able to mark master data hints on service item worksheets.

[15670] New field 'Customer Name' on worksheet page

The field Customer Name has been added to the item worksheet list.

[16133] Repair status will not change during resource allocation cancellation

When cancelling the resource allocation, the repair status will not change.

[15863] Error regarding creation of service item from sales calculation

An error message appeared when trying to create a service item from a sales calculation. This issue has been fixed.

[16083] Lines on printed commission report in wrong order

The lines on the printed commission report were in wrong order. This error has been fixed. The lines are now sorted by summation and by posting date (ascending) within each summation.

[16084] System doesn't open rent invoice on posted document from commission

The user wasn't able to open the rent invoice on posted commission documents. This error has been fixed.

[16088] System creates a commission line for empty lines in sales invoice

If there was more than one sales invoice for a service item and one of the invoice lines was without quantity, the system created a commission line for the empty line. This error has been fixed.

[16225] 'Standard Service Code' shows wrong product hierarchy in service management setup

The subcategory of the product hierarchy was shown in the standard service code although it was set up differently in the service management setup. This error has been fixed.

[16225] Service order cannot be created for workshop line linked to an equipment in the sales forecast

A service order could not be created for a workshop line that is linked to an equipment in the sales forecast. This error has been fixed.

[8625] Document texts in sales invoice and commission invoice

In the Sales and Receivables Setup, the fields Beginning Text Agency Business Sales Invoice and Beginning Text Agency Business Commission Invoice have been added.

[12043] Better visibility of attribute values

The following changes have been made to provide a better visibility of the attribute values:

  • New action Select Attributes on Serv. Item Assigned Attr. page
  • When processing the action the list of all mapped attributes is opened
  • Only records with filled attribute values are shown
  • The list is sorted alphabetically
  • If the checkbox Damaged is activated the line is highlighted red

[14968] Setting status to approved on open calculation reviews

The user is now able to set the status of open calculation reviews to Approved.

[15872] New checkbox 'Transfer to purchase'

The checkbox Transfer to purchase has been added to the calculation cost type and the costs table in the calculation forecast.

[16137] 'Counted Rental Income %' no longer editable

The Counted Rental Income % field on the calculation review is no longer editable.

[15479] Creation of new sales forecast from customer card

The user can now also create a new sales forecast from the customer card.

[16249] Tooltip improvement for 'Fix Price' action in sales

The tooltip for the Fix Price action in sales documents has been improved.

The system failed to execute the functionality behind the Vendor Shipment No. mandatory field. This issue has been fixed.

[15866] Issue regarding 'Drop Shipment' boolean

The Drop Shipment boolean was checked even after deleting the purchasing code in a service order worksheet. This issue has been fixed.

[16066] No price line when updating subsidiary catalog

When updating the subsidiary catalog, no price lines were created if items in that catalog had no linked manufacture catalog item. This error has been fixed.

[16245] Error when trying to apply 'Vendor Item No.' filter in price lists

The system showed an error message when trying to apply the Vendor Item No. filter in price lists. This error has been fixed.

[16529] Missing column in discount group mapping

The Purch Item Disc. Group column was not visible if the Discount Group Mapping page was opened using the search function. This error has been fixed.

[12236] Importing a shopping basket in purchase order

The Import Shopping Basket action has been added to purchase orders.

[14642] Item mapping when importing shopping basket

When selecting the fields for importing, the user cannot set No. and Vendor Item No. at the same time, just one of them can be used for importing.

[15477] No default bin & fixed bin in inbound process

When posting a warehouse receipt the system will now check during the posting of the warehouse receipt if the bin used in the line is the bin set up for the location as the Receipt Bin Code. If so, the system will proceed with the posting but will not set the boolean Default.

[13881] 'Tote ID' field added to warehouse shipment list

The Tote ID field is added to the warehouse shipment list if it is enabled in the Mobile WMS Setup.
