Order Modifiers
This chapter explains the functionality behind the fields which you can find below theOrder Modifiers pane on the item catalog card and the item card.
These fields are imported via the
Catalog Import and cannot be edited.
The order modifiers have the following roles:

The Maximum Order Quantity field is only visible on the item card and not available on the catalog item card.

| Minimum Order Quantity | The imported value in the Minimum Order Quantity field determines the item quantity for an item order proposal. The value depends on the minimum order quantity or the smallest package size for the item (in accordance with the information of the catalog publisher). |
| Minimum Order Quantity | The imported value in the Minimum Order Quantity field determines the item quantity for an item order proposal. The value depends on the maximum order quantity/legally permitted sales quantity (in accordance with the information of the catalog publisher). |
| Order Multiple | The imported value in theOrder Multiple field determines how the order quantity is rounded up when the item quantity doesn’t match the packaging quantity. |
Example:
You are importing a catalog item. The catalog item you are importing is a 1 liter canister of motor oil. According to the manufacturer catalog, the canister will be delivered in a package of 4. The minimum order quantity in the catalog is 1 package (Minimum Order Quantity = 4). In addition, the catalog states that you have to order an entire package due to logistical reasons (Order Multiple = 4).
