[11690] Issue with creating new contact person in data cue

The option New for creating a new contact person via the contact card factbox didn't work. This issue has been fixed.

[12036] Multiple bugs regarding Multi Sales Person assignment

There were multiple bugs regarding the Multi Sales Person assignment. These bugs have been fixed.

[12170] Error message when creating a service order automatically

If a default service order type with a fixed debitor no. had been set up for a specific user, the system showed an error message regarding the bill-to customer no. whenever the user tried to create a service order. This problem has been fixed.

[12175] Subtotal amount is not updated when inserting a new line in sales and service orders

The subtotal amount in sales and service order wasn't updated properly when inserting a new line. This issue has been fixed.

[12176] Multiple bugs regarding Signature in documents

The signature function in documents had several flaws. These have been fixed.

[12227] Error when changing Shortcut Dimensions

Despite having the permission to change dimensions, the system showed an error message when a user tried to change shortcut dimensions. This issue has been fixed.

[12277] Cancellation of posted purchase invoices not working

The cancellation of posted purchase invoice didn't work. This problem has been fixed.

[12285] Bug regarding dimension value assignment

When trying to assign dimension values in extended dimensions, the system produced an error message. This bug has been fixed.

[12308] Extended Dimensions not working in General Journal

The Extended Dimensions List you can access via the dimensions list didn't show the right dimensions. This issue has been fixed.

[12315] Bug when selecting just one service line as 'Alternative Position' in service orders

The system produced an error message when trying to execute the action Mark as Alternative Position for just one service line. This problem has been fixed.

[12323] Bug regarding 'Subcategory mandatory' field

When trying to create a sales forecast, users weren't able to add a service item without a subcategory to the lines even though the Subcategory mandatory field on the Service Management Setup page was set to false. This problem has been fixed.

[12346] Bug when selecting just one service line as 'Alternative Position' in sales documents

The system produced an error message when trying to execute the action Mark as Alternative Position for just one sales line. This problem has been fixed.

[12390] Error regarding Warehouse Automation

The system produced an error message regarding the warehouse automation even when selecting a location with No Automation. This error has been fixed.

[5733] New action 'Mark as Alternative Position' in sales lines

The action Mark as Alternative Position has been added to sales lines.

[5808] New action 'Mark as Alternative Position' in service lines

The action Mark as Alternative Position has been added to service lines.

[7117] New field 'Prepayment Amount (incl. VAT)' in sales orders

The field Prepayment Amount (incl. VAT) has been added to the tab Prepayment on sales orders.

[9331] New factbox regarding signature images on Salesperson/Purchaser card

The salesperson/purchaser card has been extended. From now on, you can add signature images via the new factbox.

[9332] New column 'Signature Requirement' in service order type list

The column Signature Requirement has been added to the service order type list.

[9333] New FastTab 'Signatures' on relevant documents

A Signatures tab has been added to all relevant documents (purchase, sales and service). However, the tab will only appear if you have selected a service order type that requires a signature.

The field Signature Status has been added to all relevant documents (purchase, sales and service). However, the field will only appear if you have selected a service order type that requires a signature.

A signature functionality has been developed.

[10283] New page 'Customer Price And Discount Setup'

The page Customer Price And Discount Setup has been added in TRASER DMS 365. You can use this page to assign customer price groups and customer discount groups to customers belonging to a specific area.

[11361] Automatic dimensions on Salesperson/Purchaser card

The functionality regarding automatic dimensions has been enabled for salespersons/purchasers.

[11749] Subtotals on sales reports

You can new view subtotals on sales reports.

[11883] New field 'Signature' on checklist template

You can now select the type Signature on checklist template cards. The signature will be transferred to the specific checklist.

The layout of the User Setup Card has changed.

[11720] Status (Sale) is set to 'sold' when item journal with negative adjustment is posted

The status (sale) was set to sold when posting an item journal with negative adjustment although the service item was never sold. This issue has been fixed.

[11751] Setting counter value on service item card not possible

It wasn't possible to set the counter value on service item cards. This issue has been fixed.

[11957] Issue with pos. adjustment for service items

The serial no. wasn't correctly transferred to the service item record when posting an item journal with positive adjustment. This issue has been fixed.

[7114] New product hierarchy

You can now change the product herarchy via the Traser tab on the service management setup card. The field Series mandatory has been added in TRASER DMS 365.

[11827] Item tracking only for sales activities

You can now set up item tracking only for sales activities.

[10739] Error when selecting 'item Journal Template' on service management setup card

The system produced an error message when trying to select an item Journal Template for assigning equipment on the service management setup card. This issue has been fixed.

[11709] Service Credit Memo is posted despite having selected 'no'

Service credit memos were posted even when the user stated that the credit memo shouldn't be posted. This error has been fixed.

[11888] Incorrect transfer of fixed prices

The fix price values from the standard service codes weren't correctly transferred to the fixed price card. This problem has been fixed.

You can now create warranty claims via service item worksheets.

[9228] New action 'Create Warranty Claim' on posted service invoices

You can now create warranty claims via posted service invoices.

[11755] Subtotals on service reports

The page Automated Checklist Service Setup has been added in TRASER DMS 365.

The functions under the Calculatory Interest menu option have been updated. You can no longer execute the function Create Calculatory Asset if you have already created a calculatory asset for the service item.

New Functions

[11913] New identification booleans for vendors that are linked to manufacturers

If a manufacturer is linked to multiple vendors, you can now use different identifiaction booleans. You can choose between the following options:

Trade Vendor
Warranty Vendor

[12173] Transfer of 'Vendor Order No.'from purchase header to purchase lines

The Vendor Order No. from the purchase header will be automatically transferred to the purchase lines.
