Bug Fixes

This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.

[7420] Reminder report preview

A preview for reminder reports has been added in TRASER DMS 365.

[16783] Display of open entries not yet due in reminder reports

Open entries that are not yet due will now be shown in a separate area on reminder reports.

[17187] 'Show field description' field on barcode label setup page

The field Show field description has been added to the barcode label setup page.

[17616] Removal of obsolete event subs for BC 23

Obsolete event subscribers have been removed from obsolete events for BC 23.

[17713] Improvement regarding search function in sales and service lines

The search function in sales and service lines has been improved.

[17716] Improvement regarding interval type

The following improvements have been made regarding the interval type:

  • A new interval type Gen. Inspection has been added in TRASER DMS 365
  • The field Inspection has been added to the service item card

[16423] New field 'Checklists' on service history page

The field Checklists has been added to the service history page to provide an overview of all checklist for a certain service item.

[16544] 'Warranty Claim No.' on sales documents

The Warranty Claim No. has been added to all sales document headers and lines.

[16809] Transfer of fix price from service quote to service order

The fix price entered in a service quote will now be transferred to the corresponding service order.

[17036] Using standard service codes in TRASER Mobile Service App

Users can now also use the standard service codes in the TRASER Mobile Service App in order to fast-track item and resource lines.

[17757] Margin calculation in service lines

The flowfield Margin has been added to the service line.

[17758] Total weight calculation of the items in the service line

The field Sum Gross Weight has been added to the service line.

Improvements

[15704] Improvement regarding partial posting of service item lines

To prevent having multiple links to warranty claims, users can no longer partially post service item lines when connected to a warranty claim.

[17497] Improvement regarding pending service intervals page

Several improvements have been made to the page that shows pending service intervals.

[15152] Commission invoice report

The commission invoice report has been added in TRASER DMS 365.

[15761] New field 'Order Type' in the fast tab 'Agency Business'

The field Order Type has been added to the Agency Business fast tab in the Sales & Receivables Setup.

[16152] Caption and translation changes

Some captions and translations on the Sales & Receivables Setup page and the Agency Business Contract card have been changed.

[16156] Resetting agency business contracts

Users can now reset the status of a agency business contract via the Reset Status action.

[16429] Agency business printout designer

Users can now create printouts for agency business contracts.​ These printouts can be designed with a text designer.

[16528] New field 'Service Revenue (incl. VAT)'

The field Service Revenue (incl. VAT) has been added to agency business contract card.

[16670] Correcting commission invoices

Users can now correct commission invoices via the Cancel action.

[16671] Agency business contracts cannot be copied

It is no longer possible to copy documents that are created from agency business contracts.​

[17532] New field 'Correction Option' in commission setup

The field Correction Option has been added to the commission setup page.

[17849] New Boolean 'Show Comment Lines in Sales Documents'

The boolean Show Comment Lines in Sales Documents has been added to the Calc. Equipment page.

Improvements

[16980] Possibility to cancel posted trade-in that is created from an agency business contract

Users are now able to cancel posted trade-ins that were created from an agency business contract.

[13253] Additional prices based on "order types" for all items

Users can now define prices in sales/service documents (based on different order types) that are calculated based on specific purchase cost values for the current item record and allow the dealer to sell an item with such a price.

[15461] 'Execute Update' action now takes into account 'Price Valid From' field

The Execute Update action now also takes into account the Price Valid From field.

[16363] 'Print Weight' and 'Print Cubage' fields

The fields Print Weight and Print Cubage have been added to the sales shipment document.

[16374] Setup for inflation surcharges

The page Inflation Surcharge Setup has been added in TRASER DMS 365.

[16387] Creation of items with inflation surcharge logic

When executing the Create Items function, the system now also checks the settings in the Inflation Surcharge Setup table.

[17109] 'Vendor Item No.' in document lines

The Vendor Item No. has been added to different document lines.

[17271] 'Label Type' extension on barcode label setup page

The field Label Type on the barcode label setup page has been extended with more values.

[17320] New Actions 'Block bins' and 'Unblock bins' on 'Physical Inventory Order' page

The actions Block bins and Unblock bins have been added to the Physical Inventory Order page.

[17321] New boolean field 'Recount Recording'

The boolean field Recount Recording has been added to the phys. inventory page.
