Order Fulfillment Status
This chapter describes the order fulfillment status. These statuses help you to quickly and easily view the availability of items in various documents in TRASER DMS 365. This provides you with a better overview of which tasks need to be completed in the documents. Currently, the order fulfillment status is shown in the sales and service lines as well as in the corresponding document lists. In addition, a FactBox has been added to the documents mentioned, which shows an overview of all the statuses used in the documents. The chapter is divided into the following sections:
Order Fulfillment Statuses in Document Lines
The following table shows the order fulfillment statuses displayed in sales and service lines. The field cannot be edited and displays one of the following fulfillment statuses, depending on the settings made in the document:
| Order Fulfillment Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Empty | If the field is empty, this means that the document line has not been defined as Item in the Type column. |
| Calculation not available | This fulfillment status is displayed if the calculation cannot be evaluated due to a missing item number, a missing location code or a missing quantity in the line, or if the Never option was selected in the Reserve column. |
| Available | This fulfillment status is displayed when the outstanding quantity is completely reserved from the item ledger entries. |
| Partially available | This fulfillment status is displayed when the outstanding quantity is only partially reserved from the item ledger entries. |
| Ordered | This fulfillment status is displayed when the outstanding quantity is reserved, but not from the item ledger entries. |
| Completely Shipped | This fulfillment status is displayed when a quantity is specified, but the outstanding quantity is 0. |
| Pending | This fulfillment status is displayed when there are no reservation items, but the quantity is greater than 0, a location code is defined, and the corresponding number is provided. |

The Order Fulfillment Status FactBox (ALT+F2) provides an overview of the number of assigned order fulfillment statuses in the document.
Order Fulfillment Statuses in Document Lists
The following table shows the order fulfillment statuses displayed in sales and service document lists. The field cannot be edited and displays one of the following fulfillment statuses, depending on the settings made in the document:
| Order Fulfillment Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Empty | If the field is empty, this means that the fulfillment status field is empty for all document lines. |
| Not Ready | This fulfillment status is displayed when all document lines are marked as Empty, Pending or Calculation not available. |
| Ready | This fulfillment status is displayed when all document lines are marked as Empty, Available or Completely Shipped. |
| Completely Shipped | This fulfillment status is displayed when all document lines are marked as Completely Shipped. |
| Partially Ready | This fulfillment status is shown in all other cases. |
