New Functions
[25735] Devaluation setup update
New configuration options allow finer control of valuation rules, improving flexibility and alignment with accounting requirements.
[24850] Cues for pending service intervals in role center
Users can now view cues for pending service intervals directly in the role center, making it easier to track and manage upcoming service needs at a glance.
[25802] Importing financing plan files
Users can now import financing plan files provided by the bank directly into a financing. This enables importing exact interest, repayment and installment values without rounding issues. Additionally, it streamlines the setup of financing plans with varying interest rates and irregular repayment schemes.
[25803] Partner-specific data exchange definitions for financing plan imports
Users can now define data exchange definitions for financing plan import files for each individual financing partner, enabling more precise and tailored import handling.
[26066] Business transaction commission
Commissions can now be calculated per document header or line with an editable percentage, providing greater flexibility and more accurate payouts.
[26067] Business transaction commission calculation
Business transaction commissions are calculated per combination of Summation No. and Business Transaction No.. Posted documents and the commission overview will show a separate line and commission for each combination.
[26070] Quantity-based commission
Users can now set commissions based on the number of units sold. Captions will automatically show quantities, making it easier to run campaigns focused on sales volume.
[26071] Support for second salesperson in commission setup
Users can now assign a second salesperson to a document. When defined in the commission setup, the system creates a separate commission line for the second salesperson if recognized in the document line. Commission lines are labeled first and second salesperson, with separate percentages configurable for each.
[26072] Manual commission corrections
The Service Item No. and Customer No. are now automatically filled when selecting the document line number in manual commission corrections.
[26073] New field with amount from posted commission documents in commission overview
A new field in the commission overview on the sales person card now displays the amount from already posted commission documents.
[26074] Release process for commission
Sales or service documents can now be released for commission without requiring payment. A new Release for Commission function in posted documents allows commission documents to be created and posted.
[26670] Exclusion of commission lines
Commission lines can now be excluded even if the sales or service documents are unpaid. Excluded lines will no longer be transferred into commission documents.
[27065] Terminology change in master data
Hints has been changed to Notes across pages, fields, tooltips and actions to improve clarity.
[27445] 'Block' field automatically filled when credit limit is exceeded
When an extended credit limit is exceeded in a sales order, the Block field will now be pre-filled with the defined block option from the credit limit setup for the respective area, customer, and service order type combination.
[27447] Credit limit calculation update
Documents and open entries with payment method type Cash payment are now excluded from the extended credit limit calculation.
[27700] Sales order confirmation printing
Users can now select a document title when printing sales order confirmations, enabling documents to fit different customer scenarios.
Improvements
[27217] Enhanced job queue entries page
The job queue entries page has been extended with two improvements:
- A new Last Error Occurred field, showing when the most recent error took place.
- A new Open Errors action, allowing users to access error details directly from the list page.
[27475] Financing list and service item enhancements
The financing list was extended with two new actions:
- Fill Gen. Journal
- Open Gen. Journal
These actions make it easier to perform monthly financing tasks directly from the list view. Additionally, a new field Outstanding Liability was added to the Financing Information FactBox on both the service item card and service item list.

[25629] 'Sold' items on service item card
A new Sold Items function is now available on the service item card. When the Allocate to Service Item No. field is filled in a sales order and posted, all allocated and sold items will be displayed on this new page, making it easier to identify which items belong to the service item.
[26836] Service item state now set for all vendors
The state of the service item is now automatically set for all vendors linked to a manufacturer, not just those marked for trade.
[26970] 'Model Code' in item ledger entries
The Model Code field was added to item ledger entries. When items are sold and allocated to a service item, their models are now recorded in the ledger entries. This allows users to search for a specific item by model directly in the item ledger entries.
[26971] New field 'Allocate to Service Item No.' in sales header
The Allocate to Service Item No. field was added to the sales header. This field automatically prefills the corresponding field in sales lines and is essential for tracking items sold for a specific machine.
[27019] Default attribute values for service item models
Users can now define default attributes values for the model of a service item, streamlining data entry.
[27020] Transfer of default attribute values to service item
When creating or updating a service item, the system automatically populates attributes with the default values for the selected model. Changing the subcategory or model will also update the attributes with the appropriate default values.
[27023] Visibility of service item picture
The service item picture saved in the FactBox on the service item card is now visible directly in the service item list, making it easier to identify items at a glance.
[27202] 'Sales Unit Cost' field visibility on service item card
The Sales Unit Cost field on the service item card is no longer visible by default.
[27308] 'Vendor Item No.' transfer to service item card
The Vendor Item No. from the item card will now be automatically transferred to the service item when a new service item is created.

[28448] Calculation review process improvement
The process for calculation reviews has been updated to ensure that capitalized service costs are tracked only once. This change improves the accuracy of margin calculations.

[8624] Redesign of amount fields on service quote
The amount fields located beneath the service lines in the service quote were redesigned for improved clarity and usability.
[22638] 'Repair Status' automatically changes to 'In Progress'
When a service worksheet is printed, the repair status automatically changes to In Progress. If any error message occurs during printing, the status will remain unchanged.
[24540] Task descriptions for service item lines
The order description can now be displayed for each service item line, making it clear which work ticket corresponds to which task.

The order description from each service item line is now visible in the worksheets list, making it easier to identify and manage work items.
[25732] Multilingual work types for service documents
Work types can now be translated for users working in different countries. When a work type is selected in service documents, the document’s language code determines the language in which the work type description is printed.

Labor groupings can now be translated for users operating in different countries. When a labor grouping is selected in a service document, the document’s language code determines the language in which the caption is printed.
[25862] Warranty processing group in warranty claims
A new warranty processing group was introduced in warranty claims to streamline and simplify warranty claim management.
[26290] Control visibility of warranty line discounts
Users can now decide whether to display Line Discount % and Line Discount Amount on warranty lines, providing more flexibility in warranty claim handling.
[26427] Item translations now supported with standard service codes
Item translations are now applied when adding items to service lines via Get Std. Service Codes, ensuring consistent translations just like manually added items.
[26643] New table regarding contract categories
A new table Maintenance Contract Categories is available in TRASER DMS 365, allowing users to define and store categories that can be selected in maintenance contracts.

[26647] Media files now archived with service documents
When service orders or quotes are archived, their attached media files are now archived as well. Restoring a document also restores its media files, ensuring full access in the worksheet.
[26976] Maintenance quote list and card
Users can now create maintenance quotes via the new maintenance quote list and maintenance quote card to streamline the creation and management of maintenance quotes.
[26977] 'Create Multiple Orders' action
Users can now create several service orders at once from selected intervals via the new Create Multiple Orders action. Options include overriding the order type and setting an item needed-by date.
[26979] 'Responsibility Center' in service item lines
Service item lines now display the Responsibility Center from connected service documents. Users can also manually set or change the responsibility center in service intervals without affecting the original document, improving visibility and control.
[26998] Maintenance contract templates
Users can now create maintenance contracts from templates. A new maintenance contract templates table and page store template details, matching the fields of the contract header. Templates can be selected automatically when creating a new contract if enabled in Service Management Setup. Existing contracts can also apply templates via a new Use Template action, available only for open contracts with no posted invoices. Templates include key fields such as Code, Description, Contract Category, Service Order Type, Invoicing Type, Interval, Duration, and options to combine invoices or lines.

A new page, Select Service Interval, groups due intervals by customer and service item, allowing selection of which intervals to include when creating orders.
[27010] New field 'Primary Resource' on contracts and intervals
A new field, Primary Resource, was added to the maintenance contract and service intervals to clarify ownership and streamline planning.
[27011] 'Tell Me' search for service intervals
Users can now use the Tell Me search for service intervals, allowing users to quickly find interval information without extra navigation.
[27014] Customer information on service interval page
The Service Intervals page has been enhanced with a Customer Statistics FactBox that displays details for the customer selected in the interval list. This makes it easier for users to access key insights while working with service intervals.
[27021] Updated terminology in service documents
To improve usability, several captions in service documents have been changed, e.g. Forecast Amount is now displayed as Estimated Amount.

Users now have the option to see the Vendor Item No. on sales and service reports, providing clearer parts identification.
[27622] Work type code handling in service lines
The logic for recreating service lines during a service order type change has been reworked. The Work Type Code is now only prefilled from the service item line if the service line field is empty. Existing work type codes are preserved and no longer overwritten during line recreation.
[27644] Missing translations added in reports
Missing translations for units of measure in the warranty claim and customer credit memo reports have been fixed, ensuring all report information now displays correctly in the user’s language.
[27675] Adjustment of warranty claim accumulation
The warranty claim accumulation logic has been adjusted to provide more accurate service reporting, ensuring reported data better reflects actual service activity.
[28125] Attachments in maintenance contracts
Users can now upload and manage relevant documents and pictures, such as agreements, service records, technical specifications and photos of equipment, directly within a dedicated Attachments FactBox in maintenance contracts. This ensures that all contract-related documentation and visual references are centralized and easily accessible.

[24871] Improved usability of service interval filters in segmentation markers
Users can now filter intervals by ranges and other values more effectively. When using the report to create segments, filter values are applied correctly, improving accuracy and usability in segment creation.

Users can now open the configure price quote or calculation review directly from sales and purchase documents, streamlining the workflow and improving efficiency.
[22498] Service item equipment updates via purchase orders
When a service item is created through a purchase order and the equipment is transferred to the service item, any updates to the calculation worksheet and subsequent purchase order updates will now also update the equipment on the service item.
[24499] Standard equipment code added to manufacturer configurations
A new Code field was added to track standard equipment in manufacturer configurations. A new table and page allow viewing standard equipment per configuration. Furthermore, the Standard Equipment field now replaces Notes in calculation worksheets.
[25152] Shipping agent signature on transfer oder receipts
The signature of the shipping agent can now be printed on transfer order receipts by enabling the corresponding toggle switch in the report.
[25715] Service order type filter in 'Workshops' section
A new filter for service order type has been added in the Workshops section of a calculation worksheet. Now, only service orders marked as Internal will be available.
[25717] 'Line Action' prefilled from external equipment
The Line Action field from service orders is now available on the External Equipment line in the calculation worksheet. When a service order is created from the calculation worksheet, the Line Action will be prefilled with the value from the external equipment.
[25718] Workshop lookup filter for external equipment
A new filter was added to the Workshop lookup in the calculation workseet. When connecting external equipment (to be attached) with a workshop, only workshops that handle capitalized services can be selected.
[25772] Automatic transfer of service items to worksheet lines
When external equipment of type Service Item is assigned to a workshop line in the calculation worksheet, the service item will now automatically transfer to the worksheet line of the resulting service order.
[25773] Quick access to equipment from external equipment
A new Equipment button has been added to external equipment. This allows users to directly open the equipment linked to the base servicel item of the calculation worksheet.
[25776] External equipment lookup filter based on service oder type
A new filter has been added to the external equipment lookup in the calculation worksheet. When the workshop's service order type does not allow capitalized services, external equipment with a Line Action will no longer be selectable.
[25817] Creating purchase orders from CPQ
A single purchase order can now be created for all calculation worksheets within a configure price quote.
[25844] Services fields visibility in calculation worksheet
Some fields from the Services section of the calculation worksheet are now visible even when the configure price quote is set to Won and blocked, improving access to relevant information.

The Transfer to Purchase field in the Costs section of the calculation worksheet is now available even when the configure price quote is set to Won and blocked, providing better access to cost management options.

Users can now change the Return Type of a calculation worksheet even after the associated sales order has been created.

Users can no longer modify any fields of a configure price quote once it is set to Won.

Creating a service order from a calculation worksheet was extended with a new wizard. The wizard comes with editable, prefilled values for Customer No. and Bill-to Customer No., making the process faster and more flexible.
[26412] More flexibility when using currencies in configure price quotes
Users can now set the Sales Currency and Calculation Currency to be the same in configure price quotes even when the Local Currency (LCY) is different. If the Local Currency (LCY) matches both the Sales Currency and Calculation Currency, an error message will be displayed to prevent this configuration.
[27017] 'Workshop' renamed to 'Services' in calculation worksheet
To improve adaptation in English-speaking regions, all instances of the caption Workshop were changed to Services in calculation worksheets.
[27063] 'Sales Calculation' renamed to 'Configure Price Quote' and 'Forecast' to 'Calculation Worksheet'
To improve adaptation in English-speaking regions, all instances of the caption Sales Calculation were changed to Configure Price Quote across relevant pages. In addition, al instances of the caption Forecast were changed to Calculation Worksheet.

To align with industry terminology, all references to Equipment in service items and external equipment were changed to Configuration.

[27321] Splitting of functionality for updating document data and equipment

The Create Return Invent. Movement action was redesigned. Previously, only existing service lines were considered when calculating unused quantities. Now, items in the Workshop Bin that are not part of any service line will also be included in the return inventory movement, allowing warehouse employees to remove unwanted items more efficiently.
[26889] Order type visibility in sales documents
The order type is now displayed in sales quotes and sales confirmations, providing clearer context for each order.

Total weight is now shown on sales shipments, supporting better logistics and shipping calculations.

The Get Receipt Lines action for processing purchase invoices now allows filtering by Vendor Shipment No.. This facilitates the accurate assignment of purchase deliveries to invoices, allowing users to efficiently identify and match deliveries based on their delivery numbers.
[27337] Inventory recording enhancement
When using the function for unplanned inventory recording in Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS, the system now automatically skips the unit-of-measure selection dialog if only one unit of measure exists for the item. This streamlines data entry and reduces unnecessary clicks.
[27372] Workshop bin enhancement
The physical inventory movement process now accounts for existing workshop bin quantities. Only the net quantity needed is moved, preventing over-allocation and ensuring accurate inventory.
[27497] Unlinking items from catalog items
Items can now be unlinked from catalog items, providing more flexibility in managing inventory and product associations.

The Shipping Agent and Shipping Agent Service fields have been added, improving the management and tracking of shipping details.

[22268] Improved barcode handling for multiple items
It is now possible for two completely different items from different manufacturers to share the same barcode for an item reference. Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS will prompt the user to select the correct item, rather than automatically choosing the first match, ensuring accurate item selection.
[24972] Improvement for default 'Stockkeeping Unit Setup'
The Stockkeeping Unit Setup now supports creating entries without a Vendor No. or Manufacturer Code. These default entries serve as a fallback for items and vendors without a specific setup. When creating stockkeeping units for an item, TRASER DMS 365 will first check for a specific setup for the manufacturer. If no setup exists, the default setup is applied, ensuring that all items receive an appropriate stockkeeping unit even without a dedicated vendor or manufacturer configuration.
[25781] Streamlined catalog update routine
The update of fields from catalog items to items was streamlined and standardized according to defined rules. In general, only fields selected in the Excel template on the catalog card are updated. Imported fields are always updated on catalog items, while on items, the behavior is similar except for Description and Description 2, which are never overwritten to preserve manual changes, and the Unit of Measure Code, which is updated only if no item ledger entries exist.
