This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.

New Functions
[2205] New report for certificate of supply
A new report was added to the Certificates of Supply page to to enable the printing of a collective certificate of supply.
[20308] New page for provision posting groups
Users can now set up provision posting groups on the new Provision Posting Groups page. Here, they can specify general journal accounts for different types of provision postings, including addition, usage, reversal, and reclassification.
[20330] New FastTab for provisions in general ledger setup
A new FastTab, Provisions, was added to the General Ledger Setup page. In this FastTab, the user can set up and activate the provisions module.
[20334] New table for provision entries
Users can now create provision entries via a new table. These entries display all provision postings on the respective provision card.
[20339] New account type and posting type for provisions in relevant documents
Users can now select both an account type and a posting type specifically for provisions in the general journal and the purchase line.
[23087] New toggle switch 'Hide lines with zero quantities' on sales shipment report
The toggle switch Hide lines with zero quantities was added to the request page for sales shipment reports. If the toggle switch is activated, only sales lines that have actually been shipped will be printed on the sales shipment report.
[23461] Removal of redundant colon on reports
The colon after Salesperson / Your Contact was removed from relevant reports to enhance the report's layout and usability.

[23404] Accessing item card via service item card
When a service item is set to Current Asset and an item is assigned to it, users can now access the item directly via the Item No. field on the service item card.
[23478] Automatic population of 'Vendor No.' when purchase order is released
To enhance the efficiency of the purchase process, the Vendor No. field on the service item card will now be populated automatically when the service item is included in a purchase order and this order is released.

Service lines will now be removed from service worksheets whenever the tracked time is marked as Ignored in Orderbase.
[22940] 'Vendor Item No.' on service order worksheet printout
Item numbers can now be replaced with vendor item numbers in the worksheet printout using the new toggle switch Vendor Item No. instead of Item No..
[22957] Summation of forecast amounts when using 'Transfer to Order' function
Forecast amounts are now summed when using the Transfer to Order function in service orders.
[22959] Confirmation message when using 'Transfer to Order' function
To enhance the usability, a confirmation message indicating whether the service order types of the quote and the service order match is now displayed when users attempt to merge a quote into an existing service order using the Transfer to Order function.
[23130] Display of service order description and line description on warranty claims
The descriptions for both the service order and the service item line are now also displayed on warranty claims.
[23428] New field for submitted date in warranty claims
The field Submitted Date was added to the warranty claim card. Now, each time the warranty claim status is updated to Submitted, the date and time are automatically recorded in this field. This field cannot be manually edited.

[22811] Improvement regarding warranty item history
The sales history in warranty claims will now be filtered by the customer number associated with the opened claim.
[23154] Improvement regarding usability of service item filers in segmentation markers
The service item filters in segmentation markers were improved.
[23196] Improvement regarding resources on worksheet printouts
Certain fields on the worksheet printout were renamed and realigned for improved clarity.

[20398] Change of commission logic regarding equipment
Users can now choose whether the commission calculation for new equipment sales is handled independently from related trade-in/purchase equipment. The commission logic was updated so that a sold service item will be included in the commission calculation only if any related trade-in/purchase equipment returned by the customer in the original sales transaction has also been sold.
[20401] Processing of multiple commissions
The commission calculation for service items was extended to ensure that a sold service item is not counted only once. Instead, all applicable filter definitions that allow for commission calculations for that service item will now be considered. To enable this function, the toggle switch Multiple Commission was added to the commission setup.
[20404] New commission calculation method 'Fixed Commissions'
Users are now able to define an additional default commission type for Fixed Commissions in the commission calculation method table.
[20406] New toggle switch 'Sales Calculation incl. a Trade-In or Purchase' on service item card
The toggle switch Sales Calculation incl. a Trade-In or Purchase was added to the service item card. This toggle switch is activated automatically and indicates whether the related sales calculation for the service item includes trade-in or purchase records.
[21427] Transfer of attributes from sales forecast to service item
Attributes that were added in the configuration FastTab of the sales forecast will now be transferred to the service item.
[23444] Change of customer when creating sales order out of sales quote
When using the Make Order action in a sales quote, the customer on the service item card will now be updated to reflect the customer used in the sales order, provided that the sales lines include a service item.
[23445] Warning message regarding customer change
A warning message regarding the change of customer will be displayed if the customer is changed on the service item card.
[23665] Display of service item number and serial number in sales line list
The service item number as well as the serial number will now be displayed on the sales line list.
[23666] Display of service item number and serial number in purchase line list
The service item number as well as the serial number will now be displayed on the purchase line list.

[23035] Improvement regarding tiles for sales history
The tiles displaying sales history on the role center were improved to provide better usability.

[22538] Creating pick per shipping agent
Users can now select the options Per Shipping Agent and Per Shipping Agent/Service when generating pick reports.
[22838] New field 'Reserve' in service order type list
The field Reserve was added to the service order type list. The field indicates whether items will be reserved. However, this field is merely a prefill for the respective documents and will be overridden by the reservation settings on the item card unless the item is configured with optional reservation.
[22968] Deletion of multiple stockkeeping units
Users now have the option of deleting multiple stockkeeping units at once via the Delete Multiple action.
[23213] Description no longer mandatory in catalog excel export
The catalog item description is no longer mandatory when exporting the excel file.
[23454] Checkbox 'Recount recording exists' in physical inventory orders
The checkbox Recount Recording Exists was added to the physical inventory order lines, indicating whether a recount recording exists for the lines. For more information on recount recordings, click here.

[23175] Improvement for moving parts to workshop bin
When using the Create Inventory Movement action, TRASER DMS 365 will now automatically check for existing inventory movements.
