Deleting Posted Documents
CAUTION!
Posted documents have to be printed at least once before you can delete them. Deleted documents wonโt show up in the posted documents list even though they have been posted.
You can delete posted documents in TRASER DMS 365 once you have enabled the function in the General Ledger Setup menu. This function allows you to remove wrongly posted documents from the posted documents overview. This chapter is divided into the following sections:
Setting up Posted Document Deletion
This section describes how to set up the functionality for deleting posted documents. To do so, please proceed as follows:
- Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the General Ledger Setup page.
- To allow the deletion of posted documents, activate the toggle switch Delete Posted Documents in the General FastTab on the General Ledger Setup page.
You have successfully activated the Delete Posted Documents function. You will now be able to delete posted documents.

Proceed as follows to delete a posted document:
- Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find one of the previously mentioned pages.
- Select the document you want to delete so that it is highlighted.
- Select Manageย > Delete from the menu bar.
- A dialog window is displayed asking whether you want to delete the document.
- To delete the document, confirm this dialog window with Yes.
You have successfully deleted the document from the system.
