This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.

[16460] New check box 'Page Break' in document lines
The check box Page Break was added to the document lines so that users are able to format their document lines with page breaks in all sales, purchase and service documents.
[16506] New field 'Credit Limit (LCY)' in payment conditions
The field Credit Limit (LCY) was added to the payment conditions page so that users can define customer credit limits per business area.
[16747] New toggle switch 'Message for missing mandatory fields' on user setup card
The toggle switch Message for missing mandatory fields was added to the user setup card allowing users to turn on a warning message regarding missing mandatory fields in order to promote consistent data entry practices.
[17476] 'Legacy No.' in master data tables
The Legacy No. field (non-editable) was added to the following master data pages:
- G/L Account
- Customer
- Vendor

[17624] Using Prepayment texts in prepayment documents
Users are now able to use prepayment texts in prepayment invoices, credit memos and final invoices.
[18373] Rework on Azure blob storage
The Azure Blob Storage functionality underwent a rework to enhance its functionality.
[18501] Renaming of 'Ext. Financing' to 'Financing'
All captions in the financing module were changed from Ext. Financing to Financing to improve clarity.
[18824] 'Document Date' and 'Service Item No.' in commission result list
The Document Date and Service Item No. were added to the commission result list.
[18938] Rework on heading in sales quote printout
The scale of the heading in sales quote printouts was changed.
[19155] Removal of 'VAT Amount' field from reminder reports
The VAT Amount field was removed from reminder reports as the information is not needed on this report.
[19179] Interface landing page added
Interfaces play an important role in exchanging data with sources outside of TRASER DMS 365, e.g., dealer, order, service item, or scheduling data. In this feature, the Interface List page was added as well as the individual Interface Card pages.
First, the Authorization Type and Interface Log columns were added to the Interface List page. These values are taken from their corresponding field / toggle switch on the related Interface Card page to see at one glance which authorization type is used and whether logging activities of the related interface is enabled.
Furthermore, the Provider Code and Group Code columns/fields were added to the same pages to make sorting and filtering easier. These values are automatically filled upon interface initialization and cannot be changed. The values in the Provider Code field are taken from the Interface Providers table.
Furthermore, the TSR Interface App was unified which comprises the following:
- The General and Authorization FastTabs were added in Card page format. That allows reusing them for individual interface card pages and benefit from changes coming from the TSR Interface App.
- The Authorization FastTab shows fields context-dependent:
- if Authorization Type = empty, no other fields are displayed
- if Authorization Type = Basic, only the Authorization Code field is displayed
- if Authorization Type = OAuth2, the Authorization Code and Scope fields are displayed
- If one or more setups in the Mapping Setup FastTab do not have the Completed checkbox selected when trying to activate the interface, a list of the incomplete setups is opened with the possibility to navigate to the table(s) that is/are not completely set up.
- The Restore action group is available in the menu bar of each individual FastTab to only restore the default values of that particular FastTab.
[19443] Credit limits in payment conditions table
The field Credit Limit (LCY) was added to the global payment conditions table. The field is only editable if extended credit limits are enabled for the specific customer.

[19618] Transfer of reservation entries from original document to first share document
When generating shared documents (sales and service) for a machine community customer and using reservations to manage my inventory reservations, the reservation entries initially generated on the original document — either due to an item being designated as reserve=always or through manual reservation — will now be transferred into the first share document, i. e. the document containing item lines designed for warehouse postings.

[16439] Attaching/Detaching service items in service worksheet
Users can now manage item/service item attachments and detachments within a service order. They can also instantly post revaluations directly from the service order, avoiding the need to navigate to the service item record. This feature is available in service lines and the service item worksheet subform page only if the service order type in the service header has the Capitalized Service boolean enabled.
[17648] New field 'Total Value Incl. VAT' on maintenance contract card
The field Total Value Incl. VAT was added to the maintenance contract card.
[18169] New fields for contribution on warranty claim line
The following fields were added to the warranty claim line, allowing users to set up different contribution amounts in the claim lines:
- Dealer Contribution
- Manufacturer Contribution
- Customer Contribution
[18660] New actions regarding repair status in worksheet list
The following actions are now available in the worksheet list:
- Set to in process
- Set to on hold
- Set to finished
[19278] Claim type filtering for empty manufacturer
The claim type filtering was changed so that users can see the claim types that have not been marked for a certain manufacturer in warranty claims.
[19279] New actions 'Sales History' and 'Purchase History' on warranty claim card
The actions Sales History and Purchase History were added to the warranty claim card so that users are able to view previous sales and purchases for an item.

[11867] Improvements regarding the 'Show on Map' function on service item worksheet
Several improvements were carried out regarding the Show on Map function on the service item worksheet, including the re-design of the dialog. The dialog now shows the following three options:
- First Address
- Second Address
- Directions from the first to the second address
[19014] Improvements regarding warranty used parts report
Several improvements were made regarding the warranty used parts report.

[16264] Switch of agency business service item to 'In Stock as Current Asset'
Service items that are sold as part of an agency business contract will now be switched from external machine to In Stock as Current Asset so that users can create sales quotes from forecasts.
[18395] New field 'Responsibility Center Filter' in commission
The field Responsibility Center Filter was added to commissions.
[19356] New toggle switch 'Run Adjust Cost' in commission setup
The toggle switch Run Adjust Cost was added to the commission setup page to specify that the adjust cost report should be run before the commission documents are created.
[19436] Extension of processing logic for lines to include standard equipment
The configuration framework was extended to allow the processing of standard equipment so that users can import standard equipment from a configuration if it is supplied by the configuration.
[19437] Possibility to import category description for configurations
Users now have the possibility to import category descriptions when creating calculation configurations.
[19461] Change of inventory posting logic for trade-ins
The inventory posting logic for trade-ins was changed, ensuring that inventory postings associated with sales trade-ins now reflect the corresponding values as costs. This adjustment prevents any inaccuracies in the inventory accounts.

[19161] Improvement regarding text placeholders in agency business contract printouts
Two more placeholders were added to improve the printouts of agency business contracts.
[19357] Improvements regarding commission
Several improvements were made regarding the handling of bad debt, correction amounts andExcluded lines in commission.
[19535] Improvement regarding service item field on calculation forecasts
The service item field on calculation forecasts was improved so that users are now able to open the service item card via this field.

The field Return Reason Code was added to the sales return order header as well as to the purchase return order header.
[18654] Removal of 'Update Sales Price List' action from catalog card
The Update Sales Price List action was removed from the catalog card as it was confusing for the user.
[18708] New fields on bin content page
The fields Vendor Item No. and Item Description were added to the bin content page.
[18728] Transfer of translations from catalog item to item
When importing a catalog item from a manufacturer catalog, which already has a stored translation, and subsequently creating an item based on this catalog item, the translation and language code will be transferred to the new item.
[18730] Import of translations for catalog items
Users are now able to import translations for catalog items.
[18800] New action 'Link catalog items to item records'
The action Link catalog items to records was added to the catalog item list so that users are able to link catalog items and item records after a data migration without having to import the catalog price lists with the standard process.
[19048] New toggle switch 'Full Price File' on catalog card
The toggle switch Full Price File was added to the catalog card. Users can activate this toggle switch if the loaded price file contains the full item price list of a catalog. If the price list is marked as full price file, every catalog item that is not part of the buffer entries will be set to catalog item status = Deprecated and every corresponding item that is not part of the buffer entries will be blocked for purchase by the catalog update.
[19088] New field 'Destination Bin' in sales header
The field Destination Bin was added to the sales header, enabling users to provide instructions to parts clerks regarding the designated location for placing items when they are ordered or requested.
[19252] Catalog parallel update
Users can now create a parallel update for catalogs via background task scheduler parallel sessions to greatly decrease the time that is needed for the update.
[19561] New factbox 'Bin Contents'
The factbox Bin Contents was added to the Item Reclassification Journal to show the items that are in stock per storage bin.
[19630] Information on manufacturer and inventory in dropdown list of the 'No.' field
The dropdown list in the No. field in sales, purchase and service lines was extended. It now shows the manufacturer code and information regarding inventory.

[18445] Change of workshop bin behavior
The behavior of how bins are automatically filled in service lines was changed.
[18453] Improvement regarding sales statistic
The sales order statistics view was improved. The values for weight and volume will now be taken from the Item Units of Measure table rather than from the corresponding item card.
