This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.

[14765] Percentage placeholders for document texts

The following placeholders have been added for document texts:

  • %1 Contact Name
  • %2 Due Date
  • %3 Salesperson Name
  • %4 Salesperson Phone No.
  • %5 Salesperson Mobile Phone No.
  • %6 Remaining Payment Discount

The placeholders are displayed in the text editor.

[16462] Hiding of lines in documents

Users are now able to hide lines in all sales, purchase and service documents.

[16786] Bigger summation section in reminder report

The summation section in reminder reports has been extended so that longer captions are shown correctly.

[16953] Proforma invoice report

Users can now create proforma invoices.

[17332] Customer Discount group in sales/service documents

Users can now add customer discount groups to sales and service documents.

[17694] Possibility to change commission period

Users can now change the commission period.

Improvements

[16954] Responsibility Center on customer and vendor card

The responsibility center has been added to customer and vendor cards as many customers separate them by this value.

[17686] Improvement regarding address separator in reports

Users can now also add the address separator to the return address area.

[17722] Improvement regarding resource number and g/l account number in service and sales reports

Users can now see the number value for all line types (resource number and g/l account number) on all sales and service reports.

[8660] Copy fault description in other service worksheet fault descriptions

It is now possible to copy fault descriptions either into all worksheets or just selected worksheets. For this, the Copy Fault Comments to Worksheets action was added to the Fault Comments fact box.

[9694/9700/9701/9703] Maintenance contract function

It is now possible to create and process maintenance contracts. For this, the respective required pages, lines and fact boxes have been implemented.

[12279] Extend service intervals for maintenance contracts

It is now possible to define service intervals that will be connected to maintenance contracts. For this, the fields Maint. Contr. No. and Maint. Contr. Line No. have been added to the Service Intervals page.

[12280] Maintenance contract invoicing interval

It is now possible to create invoicing intervals for maintenance contracts using the Maintenance Contract Invoicing Interval page.

[12281] Maintenance contract invoice plan

The Maintenance Contract Invoice Plan page has been added including the actions to open the invoice plan from other pages.

[13261/15027] Create sales invoice for maintenance contract

It is now possible to create sales invoices for maintenance contracts on the Maintenance Contract page.

[13441] Extend service and service item lines by maintenance contract number

The Maint. Contr. No. field has been added to the service item worksheets as well as the service lines and service item lines in order to connect work orders and the maintenance contract.

[14390] New field 'Maintenance Contracts' in Service Management Setup

The Maintenance Contracts field has been added to the Service Management Setup page.

[14392] 'Invoicing Order Type' in maintenance contract header

It is now possible to define an Invoicing Order Type in the maintenance contract header which will then interact with the pre-defined Posting Groups in the maintenance contract header.

[14393] Fields added to maintenance contract header for future invoicing logic

The fields Name, Contract Duration and Contract Signed At (Date) have been added to the maintenance contract header.

[14492] Fields added to user setup for maintenance contract logic

The fields Service Order Type (Maintenance Contract) and Sales Order Type (Maintenance Contract) have been added to the User Setup page.

[14495] 'Ship-To' fields removed from maintenance contract header

The Ship-To fields were removed from the maintenance contract header.

It is now possible to release and reopen a maintenance contract.

[14980] Action for creating invoice plans

The action Create Invoicing Plan has been added to the Maintenance Contract Invoicing Plan page. This creates an invoice plan for the current maintenance contract based on the selected invoicing interval.

[14984] Editing open invoice plan lines

It is now possible to edit open invoice plan lines.

[15032] 'Maint. Contr. No.' added to sales header and sales lines

The Maint. Contr. No. field was added to sales header and sales lines.

[15037] New field 'Total Value Excl. VAT' added under maintenance contract lines

The field Total Value Excl. VAT has been added under the maintenance contract lines showing sum of all amounts in the lines.

[17496] 'Line No.' changed to primary key

The Line No. field has been changed to a primary key. It is now possible to define several service charges for the same order type and responsibility center.

The action New Service Order has been added to the agency business contract.

[15166] Creation of postings for the reversal of loan posting

Users can now reverse postings via a new action. The action fills the Gen. Journal with reversal postings for the loan that will shift the receivables amount of the agency service item from the long-term loan customer ledger entry back to the short-term customer ledger entry.

[15167] New field 'Agency Business Contract No.' in all document headers and lines

The field Agency Business Contract No. has been added to all document headers and lines.

[16373] Default sales discounts in sales forecasts

Users can now use default sales discount in sales forecasts.

The barcode label has been enlarged.

Improvements

[14698] Prefilling of 'Quantity to purchase' if boolean 'Create Purchase Order for available Inventory' is set to 'Yes'

From now on, the Quantity to purchase will be prefilled with a value if the Create Purchase Order for available Inventory is set to True.

[17525] Improvement regarding workshop bin field in service item line

An improvement was necessary for the workshop bin field in the service item line.

[17527] 'Order-Related'-field now editable in bin table

From now on, the user is able to edit the Order-Related field when the Create Workshop Bins automatically is set to False.

[17528] Improvement regarding deletion of workshop bins when posting service order

An improvement has been made to the functionality that controls the deletion of workshops when a service order is posted.
