This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.
Core
New Functions
[17730] 'Paid' option in commission settlement report
A new toggle switch, Only Paid Documents, was added to the request page of the commission report. When this option is activated, the report will only include active commission lines that have already been paid. When deactivated, all active commission lines are taken into account, regardless of their payment status. This update allows for more precise control over the data included in the report based on payment completion.
[20179] Fix price grouping for sales documents
A new Fix Price Group functionality was implemented, allowing users to define multiple fix prices within a single sales order, quote or credit memo. Based on selected sales lines, the system can now group them using the new Fix Price Group identifier. When editing fix price values, the group is created or updated accordingly.
[20180] Rework of sales reports
Sales reports have been updated to support the display of multiple fix price groups within a single report.
[20181] 'Remove Fix Price' option in sales and service lines
Fix price groups can now be managed more flexibly. When opening the fix price page, the current group's pricing is displayed. Using the Remove Fix Price action removes both the pricing and the group assignment for that specific group; allowing lines to be treated individually or reassigned to new groups, without impacting other existing groups.
[20182] Fix price grouping for service documents
A new Fix Price Group functionality was implemented, allowing users to define multiple fix prices within a single service order, quote or credit memo. [20196] New FastTab for preview of fix prices
A new FastTab was added to the Fix Price page providing a preview of sales and service lines with discounts and amounts as they would appear after the fix price is calculated.

Service reports have been updated to support the display of multiple fix price groups within a single report.
[23508] Enhanced zero price check logic
The zero price check was updated for service, sales and purchase documents to improve accuracy. The system will now trigger a zero price warning if the Qty. to Ship/Receive field contains a value greater than zero. If the field is zero or empty, no warning will be issued, as such lines will not be posted.
[24372] Update of zero price warning
The zero price warning option on the Service Management Setup, Sales & Receivables Setup and Purchase & Payables Setup pages was extended. Previously, enabling this option blocked posting if a line had no price. Now, users can choose to receive a warning instead, prompting them to confirm whether they want to proceed with posting or cancel the action instead. This offers users greater flexibility in handling lines with zero price.
[24477] Resource templates
A new Resource Template page was introduced, allowing users to define and apply templates for resources, similar to item and customer templates. The Apply Template action on the resource card enables users to populate key fields from a selected template, with an option to overwrite existing values.
[24479] Service item templates
A new Service Item Template page was introduced, enabling users to define and apply templates for service items, similar to customer and item templates. The Apply Template action on the service item card allows selected template values to populate corresponding fields, with an option to overwrite existing data.
[24968] New placeholder for payment discount amount in payment term text
A new placeholder for the payment discount amount was added to the payment term description, making it easier for customers to see how much discount can be applied when they receive a sales invoice. This is particularly helpful when only certain lines in the document are eligible for discounts.
[25055] Display of purchase invoice due date in financings
A new field, Purchase Invoice Due Date, was added to the financing card, making it easier for users to track payment liabilities associated with financings.
[25168] Use of dynamic captions in all reports
All reports now allow the use of dynamic captions instead of static labels. This allows users to define custom captions, e.g. replacing VAT with Tax.
[25470] Field caption fix for sales history action
The caption Open on the sales history page was changed to Show Document to improve clarity and consistency.
[25488] Item charges & multiple fix prices
The fix price functionality now includes automatically inserted item charges in grouping and calculation, ensuring accurate representation in documents. Charge (Item) lines can be selected for fix prices, are displayed in the fix price subpage with subtotals and are included in total calculations without being discounted or surcharged.
[25489] Improved fix price grouping now includes attached text lines for accurate document printing
The fix price functionality was updated to include attached text lines in grouping, ensuring correct display in printed sales and service documents. When item lines are selected for fix prices, any related text lines are now automatically assigned the same fix price identifier for accurate grouping.
[26373] Account for installment plan functionality
Commission calculation was updated to support installment plans by adjusting the filter logic to include customer ledger entries with no selected document type but matching document number, ensuring accurate commission status even when invoices are split into installments.
[26437] Rework of trade-in confirmation report
The trade-in confirmation printout has been reworked to provide a clearer and more comprehensive overview. It now includes communication details and payment term information, improving transparency for the user.

[25884] Printing 'Vendor Item No.' for machines and purchase orders
Document printing was improved to include the 'Vendor Item No.' for machines in purchase orders.
[26196] Usability improvement for TRASER subscriptions page
Usability improvements have been made to the TRASER Subscriptions page, including the removal of the Sync All Products action, the addition of a Sync Selection action, new Enable Selection and Disable Selection actions on the Assigned Users page and enhancements to captions and tooltips for greater clarity and consistency.
[26430] Handling missing 'VAT Bus. Posting Group' in US environment
Users in the US environment encountered an issue when creating purchase orders with vendors that did not have a VAT Business Posting Group, as VAT is not used in the US. Sales and service orders were unaffected. The process was improved.

[23559] Rework on 'Service Item Activities' FactBox
The FactBox Service Item Activities now includes a dedicated sections for trade-ins under Purchase, making it easier to view and manage trade-in activities separately.
[25622] Change to service item assignment functionality
To maintain data consistency, a service item can now only be linked to one other. If you try to assign it to multiple items, a warning will be displayed.
[25860] Support for multi-approval in calculation review list
It is now possible to approve multiple calculation reviews at once, streamlining the approval process and improving efficiency.
[25865] Calculation review list rework
A new field, Show Calc. Review on Calc. Review List, was added at the service item category level. This allows users to control which calculation reviews should be displayed in the calculation review list, offering greater flexibility and customization.

The Service Wizard now allows users to enter both the order and fault descriptions directly within the workflow. Additionally, the order description field is now mandatory.
[24525] Selecting intervals in Service Wizard
A new Service Intervals subform has been added to the second page of the Service Wizard, allowing users to select specific intervals to link to the order.
[24526] Location and counter data in Service Wizard
Location and counter data can now be entered directly in the Service Wizard.
[24527] Importing checklist template from Service Wizard
Checklists can now be added directly to a service order through the new Service Wizard, eliminating the need to navigate to the worksheet and enter them manually.
[24530] Extension of Service Wizard
The existing Service Wizard has been extended with multiple new pages, enabling faster and more efficient entry of required data when creating a new service order.
[24812] New Factbox for service item warranty
A new Factbox was added to Service items and service documents, displaying all existing warranty lines from the service item warranty table, so users no longer need to open the designated warranty list.
[24944] Print of 'Location 2' on worksheet
The location 2 will now be printed on the worksheet if it was filled out.
[25189] Automatic deletion of times when correcting time entries
When correcting time entries where a service employee forgets to clock out, TRASER DMS 365 now ensures that any transferred times from the second day including additional times are also deleted when the end time is adjusted to the prior day.
[25423] Rework on worksheet
The Open Card action on the service worksheet was streamlined by removing the duplicate entry under Functions, leaving it only in the Line FastTab for better usability.
[25521] Transfer of fault and resolution description to credit memo
The fault and resolution description from warranty claims will now be automatically transferred to credit memos.
[25523] Transfer of 'External Claim No.' from warranty claim to 'External Document No.' on credit memo
The External Claim No. is now automatically transferred to the External Document No. field on service credit memos.
[25641] Open service item card via service order/quote subform
A new Open Card action was added to the service order and service quote subforms, allowing users to directly open the related service item card without navigating away from the current page.
[25646] Removal of message regarding existing service orders
The message notifying users about existing service orders bas become obsolete, as the service wizard can now display whether a service order exists. Therefore, the message was removed.
[25928] 'Shop' and 'Use second location' toggle switches on service worksheet
Two new toggle swithces were added to the service worksheet for enhanced flexibility:

Shop (default: true): When disabled, location fields become visible and editable.

Use second location: When enabled, the Second Location fields are displayed.
[26422] Printing warranty information in used parts report
The fields Claim No. and External Claim No. were added to the used parts report, sourced from the General FastTab of the warranty claim header.
[26720] Fix price field in service item line
To improve usability, the No. of Fix Prices field was added to the service item lines in service quotes and orders. This field allows users to easily access the fix price page directly from the lines.

[25201] Email notification for absence request approval
When a user's absence request is approved or denied, they will now automatically receive an email notification about the status change.

[18662] Sales calculation archive
The sales calculation and all related tables now have corresponding archive tables.
[20186] Extension of setup to allow use of over-allowance
Users can now define whether over-allowances can be posted and control how they are managed within sales calculations. Setup options have been added to the Sales & Receivables Setup, User Setup and sales calculation, including default behavior, posting options and user permissions.
[20189] Defining over-allowance value for service items
Users can now define an over-allowance value for service items returned by the customer through a trade-in or take-back order, allowing for more accurate valuation and processing of returned items.
[20199] Display of over-allowance in 'Calc. Forecast' FactBox
The Calc. Forecast FactBox was redesigned to support multiple forecast allocations from a single trade-in or purchase, including over-allowances.
[22284] Possibility to add notes, links and documents to sales calculations and calculation forecasts
Users are now able to add notes, links and documents to sales calculations and calculation forecasts.
[22441] Updating equipment in sales line
Users can now use the Insert Equipment action in sales documents when a service item line is added manually rather than through the sales forecast. The existing Update service item document data action has been extended at the line level in sales quotes and orders to support this functionality.
[23311] Possibility to link sales opportunities to sales calculations
It is now possible to link opportunities to existing sales calculation. A new field, Opportunity No., was added to the sales forecast page, displaying the linked opportunity and providing a direct link to the opportunity Card. Additionally, a new page action, Link Opportunity, is now available on the sales forecast page in the sales calculation FastTab.
[23314] Automatic transfer of certain data from sales calculation to opportunity
Opportunities linked to sales calculations are now automatically updated based on the status of the sales calculation. When a sales calculation is linked to an opportunity, the Sales Document Type and Sales Document No. on the opportunity card are updated accordingly. Additionally, when a sales order is created or the sales calculation is closed, the user will be prompted to close the linked opportunity.
[23335] Sales calculation archive functionality
A sales calculation archive was created, allowing closed sales calculation to be removed from the current list and moved to the archive.
[23341] Copying forecast from archive
The Copy Calc. Forecast functionality in the sales calculation was updated to allow users to copy a forecast from the new archive.
[23343] Accessing sales calculation via service item
Users will now be able to access the sales calculation via the service item, even if it has already been archived.
[23371] Calculation comparison
This new functionality allows users to compare the calculation forecast with the calculation review directly from the Approval Log in the calculation review.
[23765] Standard equipment handling
A new Standard Equipment field was added to the Service Item Equipment page, indicating whether a standard equipment list exists. This list is automatically populated from the calculation forecast. When a service item is added to a new forecast, its standard equipment is also transferred to the standard equipment forecast page.
[25161] Payment conditions removed from trade-in confirmation
To better align with sales processes, the trade-in confirmation no longer includes payment conditions.
[25196] Export options to Excel
Users can now export options directly to Excel, enabling easy data manipulation without the need for manual entry. This enhancement improves efficiency and supports better data handling.
[25206] New page for calculation overview list
Users can now view all calculation forecasts in a list format with the new overview page. This update enables filtering and visibility of key fields, including forecast and service item statuses, supporting easier tracking and management of forecast statuses.
[25363] Error message when creating sales calculation for item already used in sales order
Users can no longer create a sales calculation from a service item that is already included in a sales order (Status (Sales) = In order). When attempting to create a new sales calculation via the service item card, an error message will now be displayed to prevent the action.

[25552] Transfer of service item data to transfer orders
When creating a transfer order for a service item, relevant information from the service item card is now automatically populated.
[26309] Prompt to open trade-in after posting
After posting a trade-in, TRASER DMS 365 now prompts the user to open it immediately. This streamlines the workflow and provides quicker access to the posted record.
[26662] Posting of over-allowance
Users can now post the over-allowance value directly to sales calculation lines using the Item Revaluation Journal.
[26667] Processing over-allowance
With the new Over Allowances To Post page, users can now easily manage and process over-allowance values that are posted following the completion of a sales calculation.
[26853] Item charge commission
Commission handling has been enhanced to let users choose how item charges should be treated. If Item Charge Separate is set to false, item charges are included with the related sales line. If the field is set to true, item charges are commissioned as separate lines.
[27068] Caption update to 'License Plate Country/Region'
The caption License Plate Country on the service item card was changed to License Plate Country/Region to provide clearer regional context.
Improvements
[25160] Improvement regarding calculation forecast link to purchase order
If a purchase order was generated from a forecast calculation, it will now include forecast information at the order level.
[25372] Usability improvement for sorting of configuration lines
Users can now control how configuration lines in a calculation forecast are sorted and processed in purchase and sales documents through the new Configuration Sort Order field in the Sales & Receivables Setup.
[25909] Improvement to Dutch translations in sales calcuation
Dutch translations in sales calculation have been improved by changing List Price to Eenheidsprijs and Discount % (List Price) to Winst % (Eenheidsprijs).

[23137] Finding items with same item reference
It is now possible to manage scenarios where two completely different items, possibly from different manufacturers, share the same barcode as an item reference. When such a situation occurs, Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS will prompt the user to select the correct item, rather than defaulting to the first match.
[23279] Possibility to set up restocking fees in 'Sales & Receivables Setup'
Dealers can now apply restocking fees to customer returns, helping cover administrative costs. This is configured in the Sales & Receivables Setup, where a restocking fee percentage must be defined. Optionally, minimum and maximum fee thresholds can also be set, along with a resource to be used when inserting fees into documents. A new Add Restocking Fee action is now available in sales return orders and credit memos. When used, the fee per item line will be calculated and inserted into the document.
[23436] New toggle switch 'Show replacement comment' in sales category
A new toggle switch, Show replacement comment, was added to the sales category. This toggle switch allows the user to set up the use of comment lines for replaced parts.
[23437] Comment lines for replaced parts in sales and service lines
If the replacement functionality is configured, the system will now automatically add a comment line when a part is replaced in a sales or service line. This comment will be displayed on shipment and invoice reports to clearly inform the end customer that a part they originally ordered has been substituted.
[23878] Possibility to setup barcode label reports for mobile report printing in Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS
Users now have the possibility to print TRASER barcodes directly within Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS. A new action on the Mobile Reports page allows users to automatically insert all TRASER barcode labels for items previously set up. To use this feature, the report printing must be configured for Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS. Once set up, TRASER item barcodes can be printed anywhere in Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS where item labels are supported.
[24186] Basic discount now applied and visible for chain accounts
This update enhances the experience for users working with multi-level discounts in sales and service lines. Previously, the base discount would disappear when opening the multi-level discount worksheet from a document line. Now, the base discount is retained and displayed in the worksheet. If not needed, it must be manually removed by the user.
[24450] Creation of warehouse receipt by posting transfer shipment
It is now possible to set up the automatic creation of warehouse receipts upon posting transfer shipments.
[24451] Creation of warehouse receipt by releasing purchase order
It is now possible to set up the automatic creation of warehouse receipts upon releasing purchase orders.
[24452] Setup for automatic receipt creation on vendor and transfer route level
The automation of warehouse receipts can now be set up individually per use case. For purchase orders, this setup is done per vendor, as some vendors already send digital delivery notes. Additionally, transfer orders can now be automated via the transfer route setup.
[24509] Possibility to filter by tote bins in warehouse shipment list
This usability enhancement now allows users to filter the warehouse shipment list by Tote ID, provided that tote picking is enabled in Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS.
[24843] Printing label after registering warehouse pick
It is now possible to predefine a label for warehouse picks that will automatically print when the pick is registered. A new label type has been added to the barcode setup for this purpose. To specify which label should be printed, simply configure it on the Shipping Agent Services page.
[25351] Expansion of mandatory document field setup by 'Transfer Order'
It is now possible to set up mandatory fields for transfer documents via the Mandatory Document Field Setup for purchase and sales.
[25416] Expansion of warehouse automation
With this user story, the automation of warehouse receipt creation upon release of purchase and transfer documents is now possible again. The setup can be configured per vendor, as interface requirements with OEMs and third-party providers may differ. For OEMs that send warehouse receipts electronically, automatic creation on release is not needed. However, for other vendors, this feature aligns with the standard logistics processes of TRASER DMS 365 in connection with Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS. Additionally, the automatic deletion and cleanup of the warehouse receipt list during partial posting was removed.
[25657] Expansion of sales order archive by 'Service Order Type'
The sales order archive was enhanced to include the Service Order Type field.
[25702] Creation of warehouse movement after partial or full deletion of warehouse shipment
When deleting a partially or fully picked warehouse shipment, users will now be prompted to create a warehouse movement to return the items from the shipping bin back to the warehouse, enhancing inventory accuracy and workflow.
[25705] Creation of reservations after warehouse shipment creation
It is now possible to create, cancel or modify reservations and update the warehouse shipment date on sales orders, even if a warehouse shipment already exists. This change reduces manual work for the procurement team by allowing shipment and reservation updates when order confirmations lead to changes in the expected warehouse receipt date.
[25858] Creating transfer order via sales order
A new Create Transfer Order action was added to the sales order. This allows users to create transfer orders directly from the sales order.
[25879] Shipping agent service in sales shipment report
The sales shipment report now includes the Shipment Agent Service.
[26020] Expansion of 'Certificate of Supply' report by 'Post Code'
With this update, the post code is now included in the Certificate of Supply report.
[26150] Barcode labels for warehouse activity headers
Users can now define barcodes for warehouse activity headers and print them directly in TRASER DMS 365 from the warehouse pick list and card page.
[26273] Better usability for item creation duplicate check
The usability of the duplicate check during item creation was improved. From this release onwards, if a duplicate item is found when creating an item from the catalog item, the default response to the confirmation message will be No..
[26293] Display of 'Vendor Name' in item vendor list
The item vendor list now also shows the Vendor Name for an even better overview.
[26375] New report option in sales confirmation and sales invoice
For the sales confirmation and sales invoice reports, users can now choose to hide discounts on the printout and display only the net amount to the customer. This can be enabled via new toggle switches on the request pages.
[26402] Support for multiple item matches by barcode in 'Unplanned Move' in Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS
With this release, Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS was enhanced to find multiple items with the same item reference as a barcode and display several results in the Unplanned Move action. Previously, only the first matching item was shown.

The check on shipped quantities per sales and service line was improved to consistently display the correct Completely Shipped fulfillment status.

The message displayed when using the Create Stockkeeping Units action on the item card was revised for improved clarity, enhancing overall usability and user understanding.
[26519] Requisition worksheet sum now takes into account applied filters
With this release, the sum on the requisition worksheet will now reflect any filters applied to the lines, so if, for example, the user filters by a single vendor, the sum will be recalculated based only on those lines.

Improvements
[25908] Improvement regarding warehouse functionality
The warehouse functionality was improved. It can now be accessed even after releasing the service item worksheet.
[25933] Usability improvements for restocking fees
The following improvements were made regarding the restocking fees:
- When selecting a resource and clicking on New, the Charge Resource toggle switch on the newly created resource will be activated automatically.
- The Add Restocking Fee action was moved to the right end of the Prepare Action group.
[26054] Improvement regarding display of 'Serial No.' on pick instructions
The pick instruction report, which can be printed from sales orders, was improved to include the Serial No. from the sales lines. This improvement helps users identify the correct items more easily during the picking process.
[26283] Improvement regarding transfer of invoice discount to machine community share documents
Invoice discounts defined in machine community admin documents are now transferred to machine community share documents based on each member's share percentage, making sure that the discount amounts and percentages are correctly reflected in the subtotal lines of the share documents.
