[13882] Missing fix price on sales preview reports

The fix price amount was missing on sales preview reports. This issue has been fixed.

[14861] Bug regarding display of service item on fixed asset card

The service item was missing from the fixed asset card. This bug has been fixed.

[14979] Error regarding the update of subtotal amount in sales orders

When using the Update Price action with price factor in sales orders, the subtotal amount wasn't being updated. This issue has been fixed.

[15243] Performance issues regarding fixed assets

The were some performance issues when working with fixed assets. These issues have been fixed.

[15266] ForNAV Error Protocol on posted sales cr. memos

The system produced a ForNAV error report at the end of printed and posted sales cr. memos. This error has been fixed.

[15275] Changing of order type removes equipment in document lines

When changing the order type in purchase and sales orders, assigned equipment was removed from the document lines. This error has been fixed.

[15294] Error when cancelling posted sales invoices

An error message occurred when trying to cancel posted sales invoices. This error has been fixed.

[15309] Missing filter and sharing opportunities on commission lines archive page

The options to filter or export data to excel were missing on the commission lines archive page. This error has been fixed.

[15320] Sales quote status "init" not set automatically

The system failed to apply the status init to newly created sales quotes. This error has been fixed.

[15324] OPplus payment import line not visible in 'Find entries' functionality

When using the Find entries functionality in the Traser Core App, the payment import line wasn't visible to users. This error has been fixed.

[15329] 'Shipment Method' and 'Agent' missing on purchase order reports

The information regarding the shipment method and agent were missing on purchase order reports. This problem has been fixed.

[15330] Reports show subtotal amount on each page

Some reports showed the subtotal amount on each page when it should only be shown on one page. This error has been fixed.

[15331] 'Print Signature' always set to true on service invoices

The Print Signature option on service invoices was always set to true. This bug has been fixed.

[15350] Error when adding empty file to dropzone

An error message occurred when adding an empty file to the dropzone. This error has been fixed.

[15359] Fixed prices with same total as individually calculated lines

There was an issue regarding the calculation of fixed prices. This error has been fixed.

[15362] Rolecenter crash when using filter in 'My Activities'

The rolecenter crashed when trying to use filters in My Activities. This issue has been fixed.

[13908] Lines subpage on all document lists

The subpage Lines has been added to all document lists.

[14033] New field 'Registration No.' on customer card

The field Registration No. has been added to the customer card so that the user can enter a customer's registration number.

[15252] Multi sales person filter in segments

The user is now able to filter the contacts in the segments via the assigned salespersons.

[15360] 'Grouping Setup' on commission setup page

The Grouping Setup option has been added to the commission setup page.

An error message occurred when trying to post trade-in orders. This error has been fixed.

[15269] Service Item not populated on posted purchase/sales invoice

There was an issue regarding the display of the service item on posted purchase and sales invoices. This issue has been fixed.

[15274] Issue with creation of service items for items with outbound tracking

The system failed to create service items for items with item tracking on outbound activities. This problem has been fixed.

[15277] Bug regarding 'Status (Sales)' on service item card

The Status (Sales) field on the service item card showed a wrong value when executing the Post Selected Lines action on the equipment page. This bug has been fixed.

[15282] Error when creating service item directly from sales line

An error message occurred when creating service items directly from sales lines. This error has been fixed.

[15321] Error with printing of serial number

There was a bug regarding the printing of serial numbers for service items linked to fixed assets on sales orders and invoices. This bug has been fixed.

[15333] Error when resetting status for rented objects

The user wasn't able to reset the status for rented objects. This error has been fixed.

[15223] Service intervals not displayed in 'Current Month Cue' if counter value is greater than maximum counter tolerance value

Service intervals with a counter value greater than the maximum counter tolerance value weren't being displayed in the Current Month Cue. This issue has been fixed.

[15249] Issue regarding shipment postings in service orders

An error message occurred when trying to post shipments in service orders. This issue has been fixed.

[15257] Payment term from payment condition not recognized when creating service orders

When creating service orders the system failed to transfer the payment terms from the payment conditions to the service orders. This issue has been fixed.

[15303] Removal of Equipment and Service Item No. from sales and purchase documents when changing responsibility center

When changing the responsibility center in a sales or purchase document, the system mistakenly removed the equipment and the service item number. This issue has been fixed.

[15363] Error message when trying to upload pictures to service item worksheet

An error message occurred when trying to upload pictures to a service item worksheet. This error has been fixed.

[15372] Pending service intervals not shown on 'Last Months' pile

Pending service intervals weren't being shown on the Last Months pile. This error has been fixed.

[15391] Responsibility center not set up properly when creating a new document

The system failed to set up the responsibility center when creating a new document. This issue has been fixed.

[15314] Function to download pictures from worksheets

A function to download pictures from the worksheet/sales line has been added in TRASER DMS 365.

[15375] Easy access to pictures in posted service documents

From now on, uploaded pictures will be added to the posted worksheet so they can be viewed and downloaded.

Improvements

[15406] Improvements regarding deletion of warranty claims

The following improvements have been made regarding the deletion process:

The document that a warranty claim was created out of, e. g. the original service order, no longer has an impact on the deletion process.
Users can now archive warranty claims that are linked to other documents.

[14512] Problem with assignment of serial number to service item record via warehouse receipt document

The system failed to assign a serial number to the service item record when using the Create Warehouse Receipt action.

[14971] Wrong calculation of fix price for fixed assets

When creating a sales order for a fixed asset, the system showed a wrong value for the fix price. This issue has been fixed.

[15254] Misleading calc. fields on calc. review overview page

Users had to refresh the calc. review overview page to see the right values. This bug has been fixed.

[15273] Issue with validation of quantity in purchase documents

There was an issue regarding the validation of the item quantity in purchase documents. This issue has been fixed.

[14156] Bug regarding 'Activate Value adjustment Accounts for devaluation' functionality

The system falsely populated the Gen. Business Posting Group field when setting the Activate Value adjustment Accounts for devaluation boolean to False. This error has been fixed. The field will no longer be filled when the boolean is set to False.

[15031] Issue with drop shipment & TRASER substitution logic in purchase orders

There were some issues regarding the drop shipment and the TRASER substitution logic in purchase orders. These issues have been fixed.

[15268] Bug regarding sales price of subsidiary catalog item

There was a bug regarding the creation of subsidiary catalog items. This bug has been fixed. When a subsidiary catalog is updated, the item line isn't created and the sales price isn't updated.

[15377] Responsibility center not populated when creating sales order from customer card

The system failed to populate the Responsibility Center field when the user tried to create a sales order from the customer card. This error has been fixed.

[15410] Check for completion of 'Order Type Mapping Setup'

A check for the completion of the Order Type Mapping for Orders setup has been added.

[14944] Improvement regarding package dimensions

The dimensions Height, Width and Length have been combined into the boolean Package Dimensions.

[15347] Tool-tip improvement for 'Update Prices' Action

The tool-tip caption for the Update Prices action has been changed.
