Certificate of Supply

The certificate of supply acts as proof of the delivery of goods or services to EU countries. In TRASER DMS 365, you can print both individual certificates of supply and collective certificates of supply. This chapter provides all the essential information for creating certificates of supply and is divided into the following sections:

A simple certificate of supply lists the deliveries associated with a specific document. Please proceed as follows to print such a certificate:

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Certificates of Supply page.
  • Click on Home > Print Certificate of Supply in the menu bar.
  • Select the desired printer in the Printer field.
  • Select the desired report layout in the Report Layout field.
  • Activate the applicable toggle switches in the Options FastTab.
  • If needed, you can filter by Document Type or Document Number in the Filter: Certificate of Supply FastTab.
  • In the the Advanced FastTab, fill in all necessary information according to the table below:
Field Description
Maximum row generation time Specify the maximum time allowed for generating the rows in the report. If this time is exceeded, the report will be canceled. The time should be entered in the format hh:mm:ss. Milliseconds will not be taken into account.
Maximum rows Specify the maximum number of rows to be included in the report. If this number is exceeded, the report will be canceled.
Maximum documents Specify the maximum number of documents to be included in the report. This setting only applies to document reports. If this number is exceeded, the report will be canceled.
Format region From this dropdown menu, select the region to be used for formatting numbers and dates in the report. The value should be in the format xx-yy, where xx is the language code and yy is the region code (e. g., en-US for English (United States).
Language From this dropdown menu, select the language to be used for the localization of labels and text blocks in this report.
  • Then, select one of the following options:
Option Description
Send To... Click this option to export the certificate of supply as a PDF, Word or Excel file.
Print Click this option to print the certificate of supply.
Preview & Close Click this option to display a preview of the certificate of supply you want to print.
Cancel Click on this option the cancel the process and to be redirected back to the Certificates of Supply page.

You have successfully created and printed/sent a certificate of supply.

A collective certificate of supply lists all deliveries within a specific time period. Please proceed as follows to print such a certificate:

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the Certificates of Supply page.
  • Click on Home > Print Collective Certificate of Supply in the menu bar.
  • Select the desired printer in the Printer field.
  • Select the desired report layout in the Report Layout field.
  • Navigate to the Options FastTab.
  • In the Starting Date field, enter the date from which deliveries should be considered for the period of the collective certificate of supply.
  • In the Ending Date field, enter the date until which deliveries should be considered for the period of the collective certificate of supply.
  • In the Date of issue of the certificate, enter the date when the certificate should be issued.
  • If needed, you can filter by Customer/Vendor No. or Document Status in the Filter: Certificate of Supply FastTab.
  • In the the Advanced FastTab, fill in all necessary information according to the table below:
