Bug Fixes

This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.

[16757] Setup for prepayment texts

The Prepayment Text Setup page was added in TRASER DMS 365.

[17626] Language code in prepayment setup

The action Insert language code was added to the prepayment setup.

[18689] Table for storing translations

The table Master Data Translations for storing translations has been added in TRASER DMS 365.

[6793] Updating standard fields for warranty by changing TRASER fields for warranty

The fields Warranty Starting Date (Parts), Warranty Starting Date (Labor), Warranty Ending Date (Parts), Warranty Ending Date (Labor) get automatically filled if the dates are specified in the Service Item Warranty table.

[17263] Creating a new service quote from fact box 'Customer Service Items'

A new service quote with multiple service items can now be created from fact box Customer Service Items.

[18775] Creating self-billing invoices manually

Self-billing invoices for vendors can now be created manually on the Warranty Claim card. For this, the Create Self-Billing Invoice action was added.

[18265] Credit memo is shown in the linked document when changing the 'Claim No.'

When the Claim No. is changed, the credit memo is now shown in the linked document.

[17649] 'Add Text Lines' action on forecast comments page

The action Add Text Lines was added to the forecast comments page.

[17651] 'Close Sales Calculation' action on sales calculation page

The action Close Sales Calculation was added to the sales calculation page.

[17932] 'Show Vendor Item No.' toggle switch for sales quote printouts

Users are now able to print the vendor item number on sales quotes by activating the Show Vendor Item No. toggle switch.

[18103] New calculation review logic for commissions

The new calculation review logic has been incorporated into the commission logic.

[18510] Sales forecast caption change

To avoid confusion, the caption Sales Forecast was changed to Sales Calculation on all relevant pages.

[17664] Possibility to add standard equipment to forecast page

It is now possible to add standard equipment to forecasts.

[18022] Improvement regarding visibility of service item status on forecast page

The fields Service Item Status (Purchase) and Service Item Status (Sales) were added to the forecast page to improve the visibility of service item availabilities.

The stored equipment data was extended and optimized.

[18329] Log for successful and unsuccessful background plannings

The table Calculate Plan background automation log was added in TRASER DMS 365 that allows users to create a new entry for each scheduled task.

The action Run Again was added to the log page.

[18746] Extension of devaluation logic

The devaluation logic was extended.

[18166] Improvement regarding 'No. of Recording Lines' field

The No. of Recording Lines field in the Lines tab on the Physical Inventory Order page was optimized.
