Assigning Configurations via Service Item Card
Note
You can only assign configurations to a service item if the service item is in stock as a current asset or fixed asset. Also note that any attributes added through the configurations page of the service item are automatically transferred to the Attribute Values table on the service item card. Vice versa, changes made to the service item card are also transferred to the configurations page. Additionally, a service item cannot be assigned to more than one other service item. Once a service item has been assigned to another item, it is no longer displayed in the list of assignable service items.
