[16292] 'To-Do' task is shown for wrong document

The system failed to show the correct To-Do tasks for rental contracts. This issue has been fixed.

[16957] 'G/L Register No.' not transferred to customer/vendor ledger entry

The system didn't transfer the G/L Register No. to the customer or vendor ledger entry. This issue has been fixed.

[16958] 'Fixed Asset No.' is missing on sales invoice report

The Fixed Asset No. wasn't shown on the sales invoice report. This issue has been fixed.

[16971] Bug regarding sales history table

There was a bug regarding the display of the Vendor Item No. in the sales history table. This bug has been fixed.

[16982] Payment term description not populated on 'Post Order Dates' page

The system failed to populate the payment term description based on the selected payment terms code on the Post Order Dates page. This issue has been fixed.

[16991] Error when adding several pictures to checklist

An error message occurred when trying to add several pictures to checklists. This error has been fixed.

[17076] Bug regarding FA rebook wizard functionality

The user was able to use the FA rebook wizard functionality even when the unit cost of the service item was missing. This error has been fixed.

There was a bug regarding the creation of checklists with more than three groups. This issue has been fixed.

The system showed an error message when trying to post service orders. This issue has been fixed.

[17265] Error message regarding warranty functionality when posting service orders

The system showed an error message regarding the use of the warranty module when trying to post service orders. This issue has been fixed.

[17331] Bug regarding barcode label creation

The user wasn't able to create barcode labels with certain code and number combinations. This issue has been fixed.

[17372] Incorrect payment terms code on sales orders

The system failed to transfer the right payment terms code from the customer to the sales order. This issue has been fixed.

[17386] Possibility to delete payment terms code even when a code has been selected on the payment condition page

The user was able to delete a payment terms code even if the code was used on the payment condition page. This error has been fixed.

[17466] Posting groups not updated when changing 'Bill To Customer No.'

The system failed to update the posting groups in service order worksheets when changing the Bill To Customer No.. This issue has been fixed.

[17473] Bug regarding creation of purchase order from forecast

The user wasn't able to create purchase orders from forecasts that had been created via the Copy Forecast function. This error has been fixed.

[14781] Financing categories in financing module

Financing categories have been added to the financing module.

[16451] Split of posting date check for sales, purchase, service and rental

The posting date check has been split for the different areas (sales, purchase, service, rental).

Improvements

[9415] Improvement regarding display of remaining mandatory fields

From now on, only the fields that are not populated are displayed in red in the Mandatory Fields factbox.

An unclear error message occurred when creating a service order for a customer that is part of a machine community. This error has been fixed.

[16851] Issue with service item number link in 'Sales Line Details' factbox

The link to the service item record in the Sales Line Details factbox didn't work. This issue has been fixed.

[17144] 'Service Item Activity' factBox doesn't show any values

The Service Item Activity factbox didn't show any values. This issue has been fixed.

[17395] User is able to enter empty new line in 'Machine Community' table

The user was able to enter an empty line in the Machine Community table. This error has been fixed.

[17405] 'Machine Community' field is visible on documents even if feature isn't activated

The Machine Community field was visible on documents even if the machine community feature had been deactivated. This error has been fixed.

[16430] Adding equipment from sales forecast to service item

Users can now transfer the configuration and equipment to a service item from a sales forecast.

[16794] Opening documents via calculation forecast

Users are now able to open documents via the calculation forecast.

Improvements

[16750] Machine community message when new document is created out of customer card

From now on, the system displays a confirmation message when a sales document is created from a customer that is part of a machine community.

Users were able to create warranty claims without adding a service item. This issue has been fixed.

An error message occurred regarding the machine community functionality when using the Split Order action. This error has been fixed.

An error message occurred when linking an item charge to an equipment line due to string length limitations.

[17060] Automatic checklist creation creates too many checklists

The system accidentally created too many checklists when using the automated checklist functionality.

The system showed an error message when trying to print checklists. This issue has been fixed.

[16630] Wrong sorting for summation on commission settlement

There was a bug regarding the sorting for summation on commission settlements. This bug has been fixed.

[16840] 'Service Item No.' isn't updated in sales quotes created from forecasts

The system failed to update the Service Item No. in sales quotes that were created from forecasts. This issue has been fixed.

[16983] Error when selecting 'Yes' for 'Service Item Creation Setup' question

The system failed to open the Service Item Creation Setup page after selecting Yes on the following question:

  • Service Item Creation setup not found. Do you want to open the Service Item Creation setup page?

This issue has been fixed.

The system failed to update the Series field on forecasts when changing the service item number. This issue has been fixed.

[17375] Wrong 'Act. Standard Cost'value when using rebook wizard

The system failed to populate the Act. Standard Cost field with the correct value after using the rebook wizard. This issue has been fixed.

There was a bug regarding the correction lines for service items. This issue has been fixed.

[16398] Default storage bin when registering put-away

The storage bin from the goods receipt in which the item is put can now be set to the default storage bin in the boolean field.

[17197] More fields in 'Commission Field Setup'

The number of fields in the Commission Field Setup has been increased from 10 to 15.

Several improvements have been made regarding tooltips, captions and the usability in the trade area.

[16774] Improvement regarding list prices for sales quotes

The option Show List Price has been added to the Configurations table in forecast calculations. The option enables the transfer of list prices from the forecast to the sales quote.

[17352] Attributes defined for import are deleted during import

The attributes defined for a catalog import were deleted during the import. This error has been fixed.

Users are now able to create multiple transfer routes via the Create multiple action that has been added to the transfer routes matrix.

[17007] Extension of inventory pick document

New fields have been added to inventory pick documents that show additional information.

Several improvements have been made regarding tooltips, captions and the usability in the parts area.

[16231] Improvement regarding 'Bin Contents List' action in warehouse shipment subform

The filter on the Bin Code has been removed from the Bin Contents List action so that users are able to view the list in an easy and accurate way in the warehouse shipment card.

[16824] Improvement regarding creation of items

A selection page for the item template has added in TRASER DMS 365 that opens when the user wants to create an item from a catalog item.

[17355] Removal of automatic freight charge calculation functionality in service

The automatic freight charge calculation functionality has been removed from the service area as it is not needed in this area.
