Retrieve Last Service Locations of Service Items

You can display the last service locations of service items and use them again in a service order. With the function described in the following, you can copy the information of the last service location quickly and easily on the Service Item Worksheet. This applies to the fields Address, Post Code and City.

The following steps assume that you have already created and opened a service order. To display the last service locations of the service item and copy one of these locations into the Service Item Worksheet, please proceed as follows:

• In the newly created Service Order under the register Lines, click on Line > Service Item Worksheet.
• The page Service Item Worksheet is displayed.
• Click Get Last Service Locations in the upper left corner of the screen.
• The page Last Service Locations is displayed.
• Select one of the last service locations from the list.
• Confirm your selection with OK.

• The service location is transferred into the Service Item Worksheet. You can find it under the area Service Location.
