Bug Fixes

This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.

Core

New Functions

[20946] Use of color coding in 'Cue Setup'

You can now use color coding in the Cue Setup and the My Cues Setup to keep your tasks clear and match the look of the role center tiles. Colors update based on your setup and tile numbers.

[21774] Pinting of signatures on reports

Users can now print signatures on all TRASER reports.

[21782] New actions for requesting signatures

The process for signing documents was revamped, giving users the flexibility to choose which document needs signing and who should sign it. This update allows users to request and print signatures for various documents.

[21783] New actions for requesting signatures

The name of the signer and the document type were added to the signature items in the media storage list, making it easier for users to see who signed which document.

[22186] Selecting multiple service order types in payment conditions

Users can now select multiple service order types when setting up extended credit limits in the payment conditions.

[21539] Transfer of service quote into service order

The Transfer to service order function was added to service quotes. This function enables the attachment of service quotes to existing service orders, ideal for situations where a customer requests a separate quote but prefers to receive a single invoice.

[21568] New field 'Manufacturer Without VAT' in warranty claim

The Manufacturer Without VAT field was added to warranty claims.

[22020] Set end time when service order is finished

You can now set finishing dates and times on service item lines via a new field in the Repair Status Setup.

[22051] Message removed when creating warranty claim from service order

When creating a warranty claim from a service order that contains multiple service lines, a dialog is displayed, asking whether the Warranty Claim No. should be filled in the lines. This message will now only be displayed when the number is set in the lines. Furthermore, the message text was changed.

[22152] Start and end time for service lines

The start and end time is now getting transferred from Orderbase for better integration.

[22159] Service order type in service line and service item line

The Service Order Type field was added to service (item) lines, service invoice (item) lines and service credit memo lines to be able to check and filter for service order types in the worksheets and service lines for reporting.

[22164] Set start and finishing time on worksheet via time tracking

The finishing dates and finishing times on service item lines can now be filled with the tracked time values from Orderbase.

[22214] Set repair status via time recording

Two fields were added to service lines that can be filled with dates and times to establish the finishing and starting times and dates on service item worksheets.

[22366] Check removed for repair status in maintenance contract service documents

Currently, there is a check that does not allow the user to create split documents for machine communities when the repair status is not set to finished yet. This prevents the user from creating shipments before invoices, if required to do so. This check was removed, instead a message is displayed, warning the user that the order hasn't been finished yet and that the original lines will be posted again if the line in the split documents isn't changed.

[22752] More filters when creating documents from warranty claim

Users can now apply more filters when crating documents from warranty claims.

Several fields on the Maintenance Contract page now have improved tooltips.

Several captions and tooltips were either added or improved in service documents.

New Functions

[21132] 'Quantity' field in forecast lines now fixed at 1

The Quantity field in the forecast lines is now always fixed at 1 and and can't be edited, ensuring that each machine has its own forecast.

[21401] New action 'Move item charges to Credit Memo' on purchase orders

The action Move item charges to Credit Memo was added to the purchase order, enabling users to transfer discounts from a purchase order to a credit memo.

[21461] 'Line discount %' field now shows the difference between the price of the forecasts and the fix price

When creating a sales quote from a sales calculation that includes a forecast with a fix price, the difference between the price of the forecast and the fix price is now automatically inserted into the Line Discount % field.

[22166] Service item calculation

Users can now store calculations for specific service items. A new action, Create Service Item Calculation, was added to the calculation templates. When this action is used, a new page is displayed, allowing users to select a service item from a filtered hierarchy. After selecting and confirming, a new service item calculation is created. Additionally, service item calculations are automatically generated when a purchase order is released or received, depending on the settings. The service item status is then updated accordingly.

[22167] Using service item calculation in sales calculations

The action Insert Service Item Calculation was added to the forecast line FastTab. When the action is used, a list of all existing service item calculations is displayed. After selecting a service item calculation, the information from the calculation is transferred to various sections of the forecast.

[22168] Deletion of service item calculation when item is sold

When the Status (Sales) of a service item is changed to Sold, the service item calculation is deleted.

[22169] Creating sales calculations via service item with existing service item calculation

When creating a new sales calculation from the service item card, a dialog is displayed if an existing service item calculation is detected, prompting the user to confirm whether they wish to use the existing calculation forecast. If the user selects Yes, a new sales calculation is created, incorporating the information from the existing service item calculation.

[22172] Accessing service item calculation via service item card

The action Service Item Calculation was added to the service item card.

[22175] 'Service Item No.' field hidden in calculation templates

The Service Item No. field is now non-editable in calculation templates when the template field value is set to True.

[22177] Transfer of 'Service item No.' from calculation template to service item calculation

When the Create Service Item Calculation action is executed, a service item calculation is created with the information from the calculation template. The service item number is then deleted from the calculation forecast.

[22302] Restructuring of configurator interface

Several changes were made to the configurator interface:

  • Imported configuration data is now stored in a temporary table until the product hierarchy is validated and missing information is added, preventing unvalidated data from being saved.
  • The Open function was improved.

[22552] New fields 'Bill-to Customer No.' and 'Bill-to Name' on sales calculations

The fields Bill-to Customer No. and Bill-to Name were added to the sales calculation, ensuring that any sales document created from the calculation are preset with the selected Bill-to Customer, eliminating the need for manual changes.

[22564] New field 'Forecast exist' on sales orders

The field Forecast exist was added to the sales order. This field is linked to the related sales forecast.

Improvements

[21359] Implementation of check for error messages when posting assigned service item

When posting a sales shipment with a service item linked to another service item, the system now checks if both items are in the same sales order. If they are, the shipment posts without error. If they are not, an error message will be displayed.

[21462] Improvement regarding calculation entry type in item revaluation journal

The following improvement were made:

  • Calculation Entry Type is now editable in the item revaluation journal.
  • Revaluation values are correctly transferred to the calculation review based on your selection.
  • The revalued amount is now displayed on the calculation review page.

[21984] Several caption and tooltip improvements

Several captions and tooltips in the trade area were updated and improved.

[20102] Better overview of substitutions

When opening the substitute/interchangeable item page, users now get a full overview of substitutions. This change ensures that all substitution details, including previous substitutes, are directly visible without needing to click additional buttons. This update addresses dealer feedback by improving visibility of inventory.

[20368] Validation of item volume when importing via catalog

The item volume is now automatically calculated and updated in the Unit of Measure field when height, width, and length values are imported via a catalog. Previously, volumes were only automatically calculated for manually entered dimensions. This enhancement ensures consistency whether dimensions are entered manually or via catalog import.

[21125] New field 'Printout Caption' in 'Barcode Label Setup'

The field Printout Caption was added to the Barcode Label Setup, enabling users to manually input a caption for certain areas of the barcode.

[21303] New toggle switch 'Show logistics document lines' on user setup card

The toggle switch Show logistics document lines was added to the user setup card. If activated, the lines of the selected document will be shown on the following pages:

  • Warehouse Receipts
  • Warehouse Put-aways
  • Warehouse Shipments
  • Warehouse Picks

[21719] New field 'Fast line creation' in warehouse receipts

The field fast line creation was added to the warehouse receipt, allowing users to quickly add lines by entering a source document number.

[21720] Multi-level discounts in sales orders

A new table was added to the sales order, allowing users to define a hierarchy to how line discounts are applied to sales lines, similar to the setup in price list lines. This feature enables users to set discounts for individual documents rather than applying them globally through a price list.

The action Print Barcode was added to the warehouse pick subform.

[22059] Rework on catalog update scheduling functionality

Users can now specify the time of day for their price update from the catalog card. When clicking Schedule/Unschedule Update, a new page is displayed where users can choose both the date and time for the update.

[22246] Change of item charge logic for reman values

The following changes were made:

  • When adding an item with a quantity greater than 1, the reman charge is now automatically added with the same quantity.
  • If the item quantity is changed, the reman line quantity will adjust accordingly.
  • The handling of reman lines now mirrors the behavior of the automatic item charges functionality.
