Enabling/Disabling Notification For Document Lines Without Prices

You can get a notification that informs you during posting if there are document lines with no sales unit price. This is useful so that no posted documents are created without pricing information.
This notification can be activated for documents provided in the purchase, sales, and service area:

Activating Notification For Purchase Documents

This section will describe how to activate the notification for purchase document lines without pricing information.
Please do the following:

  • Use the quick search in TRASER DMS 365 (ALT+Q) to find the page Purchases & Payables Setup.
  • The page Purchases & Payables Setup is displayed.
  • Activate the toggle switch Warning Zero Purchase under the register General.
  • The toggle switch is then highlighted and activated.

The warnings for zero-cost lines in purchase documents are now activated.

Activating Notification For Sales Documents

This section will describe how to activate the notification for sales documents document lines without pricing information.
Please do the following:

  • Use the quick search in TRASER DMS 365 (ALT+Q) to find the page Sales & Reveivables Setup.
  • The page Sales & Receivables Setup is displayed.
  • Activate the toggle switch Warning Zero Sales under the register General.
  • The toggle switch is then highlighted and activated.

The warnings for zero-cost lines in sales documents are now activated.

Activating Notifications For Service Documents

This section will describe how to activate the notification for service documents document lines without pricing information.
Please do the following:

  • Use the quick search in TRASER DMS 365 (ALT+Q) to find the page Service Setup.
  • The page Service Setup is displayed.
  • Activate the toggle switch Warning Zero Service under the register General.
  • The toggle switch is then highlighted and activated.

The warnings for zero-cost lines in service documents are now activated.
