Document Line Formatting

In TRASER DMS 365 you have the option of formatting document lines, which enhances the clarity of both the document lines and the printed reports. This functionality is currently available across all service, sales, and purchase documents. To format the lines in a document, proceed as follows:

Below, the document line formatting steps are described using a sales order as an example. These steps can also be applied to all other document types.

  • Use the quick search (ALT+Q) to find the page Sales Orders.
  • Open a sales order.
  • Navigate to the Lines FastTab.
  • Select the line you would like to format and activate one of the following checkboxes to format the line accordingly: Bold, Italic or Underlined. If required, you can also apply multiple formatting options by activating more than one of the checkboxes.
  • If you would like to insert a page break after a certain line in the printout of the document, activate the Page Break checkbox for the corresponding line.
  • If you would like to hide a line from the printout of the document, activate the Hide Line checkbox for the corresponding line.

You have successfully formatted a document line. This formatting will be reflected in both the line description and the printed version of the corresponding report.
