Machine manufacturer
The following default values are usually synchronized with your ERP system (for example, the industry solutions TRASER DMS or MaschinenParkOnline) so that all employees can work on one data basis. Should you use TRASER Sales 365 as a stand-alone solution, you must define the default values in the setup area.
In the machine manufacturer table, you should create all the manufacturers whose products you sell, but also those you want to assign to foreign machines.
To create a new machine manufacturer, navigate to the Setup area (1), select Machine Manufacturer (2), and click the New button (3).
Fill in the following fields with the manufacturer's information:

| Name | Enter the name of the manufacturer in this column. (mandatory) |
| Code | Enter the code of the manufacturer in this column. If possible and available, this should match the relating code in your ERP system. |
| Phone | Enter the main phone number of the manufacturer in this column. |
| Enter the e-mail address of the manufacturer in this column. | |
| Website | Specify the manufacturer's website in this column. |
| Machine Configurator Link | If the manufacturer has an online configurator that is supported by TRASER Sales 365, enter the link to the configurator here. |
| Addres information | Enter additional address information about the manufacturer. |
