Bug Fixes
This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.
New Functions
[16306] Checkpoints included in report printouts
Checkpoints documented in protocols will now be included in the protocol report printouts.
[21885] Combining contract codes
Customers can now specify which contracts to combine into a single rental invoice. The field Combine Contract was added to the rental contract card. In addition, the action Combine Contract Codes was added to the customer card.
[23787] Bulk commissioning and decommissioning of service items
Users can now commission and decommission rental objects (service items) in bulk. The new bulk commissioning/decommissioning wizard, available on the service item list page, enables streamlined management of multiple rental objects at once.
[24255] Option to change start date of rental contract even with existing deposit
Previously, if a rental contract with an invoiced or paid deposit needed a start date change, the only option was to cancel the contract and its active deposit lines and then create a new one. Now, users can change the contract start date by reopening the contract and resetting the signature (if needed), even with existing deposit lines. However, any posted rental deposit invoices must be canceled first.
[24258] Better overview of the current price of a rent class
The FactBox Current Prices was added to the rent class card. This FactBox provides the users with a better overview of the current price of a rent class.
[24457] Change of replacement price percentage via additional rental contract
Users can now update the replacement price percentage via an additional rental contract by entering a new percentage in the contract header.
Improvements
[23609] Improvement regarding printing of checklists when returning machines
The functionality for printing checklists during machine returns was improved. Now, both the outbound delivery checklist and the return checklist will be printed when machines are returned via the return protocol using the Print Checklists functions. Previously, only the return checklist was printed.
[24563] Improvement regarding filter on service order type
The service order type filter for invoicing internal rental costs was extended to include the area Rental so that only the rental order types are shown.
