Bug Fixes
This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.
New Functions
[19808] Different dimensions in header and variable revenue line
It is now possible to have different dimensions in the header and in the variable revenue lines of a rental contract.
[19908] Configuration Rent Classes
It can now be specified that a rent class is to be used as part of a configuration as well as to which configuration the rent class belongs. For this, the Rent Class Configurations page was added.
[19909] Rent Class Package Configurator
Rent class packages can now be set up as configurable packages. For this, the invoice option Configuration can be selected for a rent class package.
[19910] Configuration Wizard
It is now possible to add configuration packages to a rental contract by using the configuration wizard from the rental contract page.
[20290] Extended Credit Limit in rental area
The Extended Credit Limit function was implemented in the rental area. Users can now opt to display credit limit details whenever a credit limit is exceeded in an order and the document is released. To enable this, the toggle switch Show credit limit details when releasing document was added to the Sales & Receivables Setup.
[20840] Internal Rebilling
In order to be able to calculate consumption values that have been included in a sales process, it must be possible to use the consumption information to calculate a consumption value previously defined in the rental agreement, e.g. internally. The internal consumption specification that was set up is transferred from rental quotes to rental contracts.
[21299] 'Rent Status' field added to Rent Board interface
The Rent Status field was added to the interface of the Rent Board.
Improvements
[20867] Rental transfer for service items/resources in repair/break
Service items which are in the repair status can now be transferred to different rental locations and delivered from this new location.
[21020] 'Manual Correction' toggle switch removed from rental setup
The Manual Correction toggle switch was removed from the TRASER Rental Setup page. This toggle switch can now be set for each line on the new Invoice Calculation Methods page.
