[10261] Navigation in the Utilization Chart does not work as intended

The navigation in the Utilization Chart register of a rent class did not work as intended. This error has been fixed.

[15276] Stair price in rental contract is not calculated correctly

The stair price in a rental contract was not calculated correctly. This error has been fixed.

[157005] Error message when executing 'Service Items in Stock as Fixed Assets' action

When executing the Service Items in Stock as Fixed Assets action on the Fixed Assets list or card page, an error message was shown. This error has been fixed.

[15802] Invoice frequency 'Weekly in Advance' is not getting transferred correctly to invoice plan lines

The invoice frequency Weekly in Advance was not getting transferred correctly to invoice plan lines. This error has been fixed.

[15848] Rental Purchase - Cost allocation amounts with wrong sign in factbox

After posting a rental purchase invoice or rental purchase credit memo, the signs of the allocated amounts in the object's factbox were wrong. This error has been fixed.

[16049] Month price cannot be calculated

The month price of a rental contract cannot be calculated if the contract with the month price has a duration that is lower than one month but starts at the first of the month. This error has been fixed.

[16134] Additional agreements are missing when restoring a rental document

Additional agreements were not transferred when restoring a rental document. This error has been fixed by adding a new boolean Copy Additional Agreements to the request page of the copy report.

[16248] Updating the rent break request on a rental contract does not update the rental objects

When the rent break request is updated on a rental contract, the rental objects were not updated as well. This error has been fixed.

[16358] Error message when setting up additional costs for rental contract

When setting up additional costs for a rental contract, an error message was displayed. This error has been fixed.

[16494] Sales order type from user setup is not used for sales order in commissioning

When creating a sales order from a rental contract, the sales order type defined in the user setup is not used. This error has been fixed.

New Functions

[10272] Rent start and end date added to location/date wizard in delivery and return plan

The Rent Start Date has been added to the Location/Date Wizard in the Delivery Plan. The Rent End Date has been added to the Location/Date Wizard in the Return Plan.

[10274] Select and set a status code for multiple lines in delivery and return plan

It is now possible to select and set a status code for multiple lines in the delivery and return plan.

[13002] Information 'Price change due to graduated price change' for rental credit memo/rental invoice

When a rental credit memo or rental invoice have been affected by a price change, the document will receive an information like e.g. Price change due to graduated price change.

[13840] Creating difference line in invoice plan instead of cancelling whole invoice

The system will no longer create cancellation credit memos for the whole invoice period if the invoicing period has changed. Additional credit memo/invoice lines are now created for an invoice period in the invoice plan.

[13841] Splitting and combining lines in invoice plan

Splitting and merging of invoice lines is now possible. Invoice periods can now be split or merged per line.

[15469] Contract-based option for invoicing the insurance period

The field Insurance Invoice Option has been added to the contract card.

[15524] Editor for 'Add Text Lines' action in rental contract and quote

An editor was added for the Add Text Lines action in rental contracts and quotes.

[15662] 'Vendor Invoice No.' added to rental purchase invoice plan

The Vendor Invoice No. column has been added to the rental purchase invoice plan.

[15703] New factbox 'Rental Purchase Information'

The factbox Rental Purchase Information has been added to the rental contract page. It shows each associated rental purchase contract, not only the one of the object selected in the object lines.

[15830] Shipment date in sales invoice lines of rental contract

The shipment date of a rental contract can now be entered in sales invoice lines.

[16323] Rental Documents in Machine History Table

The machine history of a service item now shows all relevant rental documents:

  • Contracts
  • Posted Deliveries
  • Posted Returns
  • Posted Invoices
  • Posted Credit Memos

[16361] New field 'Base Calendar Code' in rent order lines and posted rent invoice lines

The Base Calendar Code field has been added to rent order lines and posted rent invoice lines.

[16416] New factbox 'Rent End Information' in return list

The factbox Rent End Information has been added to the return list.

[16421] Correct return date for machine which is rented in future

When processing a date correction for a returned object, it is now possible to set a rent end date that is after the return date.

Improvements

It is now possible to invoice cancelled posted delivery/return documents.
