Bug Fixes

This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.

New Functions

[14012] Deleted lines in additional contract are shown on printout

Lines that were deleted in an additional contract are now shown on the printout with a note marking them as 'deleted'.

[15259] Price list for rent classes

It is now possible to send or print a price list for different rent classes to a customer via PDF. For this, the Rent Class Price List report was added.

[18695] Rental reports are printed in language code of document

It is now possible to print all rental reports based on the language code of the document.

[19500/19501/19502] New setup for invoicing

There is now a new setup on how to invoice rental contracts. For this, the Invoice Calculation Method page was added where you can define what calculation method to use for invoicing rental contracts or correcting posted rental invoices.

[19752] Print picture on rent class price list

If a picture is stored in a rent class, it is also printed on the rent class price list mentioned under Price list for rent classes.

[20028] Expansion of calculation type V2: merging and splitting invoice periods over lines

The calculation type V2 makes it possible to merge or split individual lines. The extension now provides the capability to select multiple lines and edit them collectively by using the new actions Split (Multiple Lines), Merge (Multiple Lines) and Delete (Multiple Lines) on the Contract Invoice Periods page. If the period of one of the selected revenues differs from the others, the lines cannot be split or merged.

[20053] Added 'Contact No.' fields from (Purchase) Contract Header to Lines

The fields Contract Contact No. and Bill-To Contact No. were added to rental contract lines. The fields Rent-from Contact No. and Pay-To Contact No. were added to rental purchase contract lines.

[20056] SignPad Integration

Actions were added to rental contracts and additional contracts to be able to add, show and remove customer signatures using the Signpad function.

[20416] 'Rented From' field added to Rentboard interface

The field Rented From was added to the Rentboard interface.

[20704] Fields added to 'Rent Break Requests' and 'Purchase Event Log' page

The fields Bill-to Customer No., Contract Customer No., **Contract Contact No. and Bill-To Contact No. were added to the Rent Break Requests page. The fields Rent-from Vendor No., Pay-to Vendor No., Rent-from Contact No. and Pay-To Contact No. were added to the Purch. Event Log page.

When new lines are inserted on the Purch. Event Log or Rent Break Requests page, the fields mentioned above are filled with the according values.

Improvements

[20531] Invoice plan cannot be splitted with a minimum rent period in months

The invoice cannot be splitted by the end of the month if there is an estimated contract duration in the rental contract.
