[16283] Object line cannot be splitted if there are related rent classes

When a rental quote was converted to a rental contract, the related rent classes of an object line were not splitted and the link to the main rent classes was lost. This error has been fixed.

[16467] Posted credit memo cannot be opened via 'Find Entries'

Posted credit memos could not be opened via Find Entries. This error has been fixed.

[16479] Rent end date cannot be registered in return plan when opened from object lines

The rent end date could not be registered in the return plan when it was opened from the object lines. This error has been fixed.

[16481] Damage images cannot be uploaded in delivery and return protocols

Damage images could not be uploaded in delivery and return protocols. This error has been fixed.

[16531] Additional cost lines cannot be edited or deleted from rental purchase contract

Additional cost lines could not be edited or deleted from a rental purchase contract. This error has been fixed.

[16532] Invoice cannot be created for additional cost lines

An invoice could not be created for additional cost lines due to the Received boolean not being activated in the cost line. This error has been fixed. General additional costs that have been added after at least one object has been received now have an activated Received boolean.

[16640] Rental purchase contract cannot be released after link to rental contract was deleted

Rental purchase contracts could not be released after the link to a rental contract was deleted. This error has been fixed.

[16643] Subtotals in rent class profitability and utilization reports are not getting calculated correctly

Subtotals in rent class profitability and utilization reports only took the values of the lowest filter level into account and thus, the values were not calculated correctly. This error has been fixed.

[16689] Registering the rent end date does not set the 'Invoice to Date' for contract insurance

When the invoice option From Shipment to Return Date has been selected for insurance revenues, the Invoice until Date for the contract-based insurance revenue was not set when registering the rent end date. This error has been fixed.

[16690] Rent end date is changed when cancelling several additional contracts

When several additional contracts were cancelled, was rent end date was changed. This error has been fixed.

[16693] Deleted link between rental purchase and rental contract is getting reset in specific constellation

In a certain constellation, the linked Purchase Doc. No. in the object line of a rental contract was reset after it had been deleted. This error has been fixed.

[16710] Link between rental purchase contract and rental contract cannot be removed

When removing the link between a rental purchase contract and a rental contract, the Source Obj. Line No. was not getting deleted in the object lines of the affected rental purchase contract. This led to the effect that the affected rental purchase contract line could not be deleted afterwards. This error has been fixed.

[16711] Cost estimate cannot be created in damage report

The cost estimate could not be created for (service) items in the damage report. This error has been fixed.

[16713] Rental contract is not shown on RentBoard if alternate rent class object is reserved or delivered

A rental contract was not shown on the RentBoard if an alternate rent class object was reserved or delivered. This error has been fixed.

[16718] Rental quotes and contracts with monthly price base are not calculated correctly when printed

Rental quotes and contracts with a monthly price base were not calculated correctly when printed out. This error has been fixed.

[16719] Invoicable units are wrongly calculated in invoice plan

The invoicable units were wrongly calculated in invoice plan. This error has been fixed.

[16744] Wrong numbers series pulled during credit memo creation

When creating a correction credit memo from a posted rent invoice, the wrong number series is pulled. This error has been fixed.

[16770] Deposit cannot be returned if there has been a replacement

A deposit credit memo could not be created if there has been a replacement for a service item. This error has been fixed.

[16795] Cancelling additional contract does not work for multiple additional contracts

It was not possible to cancel multiple additional contracts. This error has been fixed.

New Functions

[12189] Damage report can be sent per email

The damage report can now be sent per email using the Email... action if a service quote exists.

[12215] Update additional contract line with the new rent class price/rent class package setup

An additional contract line can now be updated with the new rent class price/rent class package setup by using the Update action in the additional contract lines.

[13536] Damages for items in protocol

Damages can now be added in the delivery protocol for (service) items and resources.

[13537] Printing item damages

The damages of items can now be printed. For this, the Hide Damages boolean was added to the contract lines.

[15352] Margin from lease includes all costs

The booleans Include All Revenues/Costs and Always Show Contribution Margin Factbox have been added to the TRASER Rental Setup page. If the Always Show Contribution Margin Factbox boolean is activated, the factbox is shown even if no rental purchase contract has been linked. If the Include all Revenues/Costs boolean is activated, all revenues and costs are shown correctly no matter if they are linked to each other or not.

[15521] 'Sales Order' field added to protocol card

The Sales Order field has been added to the protocol card.

[15664] Copy deleted additional contract from archive

Deleted additional contracts can now be copied from the archive. For this, the Copy action has been added to the additional contract card.

[15674] Automatic additional contract on duration price change

An additional contract is now automatically created and activated when a price change due to a contract length change is detected. For this, the Automatic Add. Contract On Price Change boolean has been added to rental contracts.

[15990] Create sales quote from rental contract

The Create Sales Quote action has been added to rental contracts which will create a sales quote out of the rental contract.

[16009] Mobile Rent fields removed from rental setup

Fields regarding Mobile Rent have been removed from the TRASER Rental Setup page.

[16010] Interface for Protocol and Mobile Rent created

An interface for protocols and Mobile Rent has been created.

[16042] Price check for multiple rent classes and packages

Multiple rent classes can now be added to the price check.

[16148] New boolean 'Use Checkpoint' in rental setup

The Use Checkpoint boolean has been added to the TRASER Rental Setup page. When it is activated, the fields Checkpoint in Protocol and To Be Checked are shown on the Service Item Attributes page.

[16322] New field 'Work Description' in rental quotes and contracts

The Work Description field was added to rental quotes, rental contracts and the archived documents.

[16349] 'Today' button added to utilization chart

The Today action was added to the Utilization Chart. When processing the action, the shown date in the chart is getting set to the set work date.

[16651] Deleting rent classes from confirmed rental purchase contracts

Rent classes can now be deleted from confirmed rental purchase contracts.

[16681] Adding additional components in additional rental contracts

Additional components can now be added via an additional rental contract. For this, the Add Additional Components action has been added to the additional contract lines.

[16738] Shipment date in rental invoice header

The service date on rental invoices is now filled with the Invoice To Date.

Improvements

[15658] Improvement of additional contract activation logic

The following topics have been improved or implemented:

  • The change log for additional contracts is now shown in a new factbox on the Registered Additional Contract list and card.
  • The drilldown on Active Add. Contracts in the contract header leads to the correctly filtered additional contract list.
  • The new list Contract Invoice Line Mapping has been implemented.
