Bug Fixes

This release includes several bug fixes as well as the following new functions and improvements.

New Functions

[8047] Migrate a delivered object to a new contract

It is now possible to migrate a delivered object to a new rental contract which means that all rent objects will be returned in the old rental contract and delievered in a new rental contract. Rent objects that have already been returned will not be transferred. For this, the Migrate rent objects to new contract boolean was added to the User Setup.

[18899] 'Description' field can be personalized into rental contract list

It is now possible to personalize the Description field into the rental contract list. The field is not shown by default.

[20599] Adaptation of document text templates - addition to the deposit

The Rent Deposit boolean was added to the Doc. Template page. If the boolean is activated, the affected document text is inserted in the following documents:

Deposit Credit Memo
Posted Deposit Credit Memo

[20729] Report for document text templates for deposit

There is now a report for the set up document text templates for deposit documents.

[20973] National holidays depending on rental customer

A base calendar with specific county based holidays can be deposited on the customer card in the Rental Calendar field. If a base calendar with specific county holidays was entered on the customer card, the holidays will be inserted in the rental contract automatically.

[21008] Resetting counters

It is now possible to reset a counter to zero in case it was replaced or turned over zero.

[21018] License plate history

The License History page was added which shows all entered license plate numbers. It can be opened either when using the lookup on the License Plate Number field or when using the Open License Plate History action on the service item card.

[21629] Remove automatic inserting of holidays in rental contracts

The function for automatic inserting of holidays was removed. This includes the removal of several fields on the TRASER Rental Setup page. Instead, there will be a new logic for inserting holidays in rental contracts.

[22181] Cancelling multiple rent invoices

It is now possible to cancel multiple rent invoices. For this, a new action was added to the Posted Invoices List. The invoices to be cancelled are specified via a filter.

[21865] Improvement Consumption Report

The Consumption Report Request page is now structured by registers.
