[14320] Holidays are not imported automatically

The holidays for a base calendar were not imported automatically. This error has been fixed.

[14573] Text line for replacement price is deleted when changing the amount

The generated text line was deleted when entering a manual price. This error has been fixed.

[14675] Customer or invoice address cannot be changed after shipment of the rental object

The customer or invoice address of a rental contract could not be changed after the rental object had been shipped. This error has been fixed.

[14683] Catalog import leads to error

The catalog card could not be updated using the respective function in the menu bar. This error has been fixed.

[14694] Cancelled contracts are shown in RentBoard

Cancelled contracts were shown in the RentBoard. This error has been fixed.

[14704] Attributes are not getting filled when adding an Object No. to an existing line in Add. Contract

The attributes were not getting filled if an Object No. was added to an existing line in an additional contract. This error has been fixed.

[14729] Restoring archived rental contracts: End Date on Wizard Page is not getting recalculated based on Rent Period Start Date

When restoring an archived rental contract, the end date on was not getting recalculated based on the Rent Period Start Date. This error has been fixed.

[14734] Rent order cannot be created with invoice frequency 'Contract Start'

If the invoice frequency of a rental contract was set to Contract Start, a rent order could not be created when releasing and signing the rental contract. This error has been fixed.

[14736] Display errors in rental reports

All printed rental documents showed errors instead of the respective values. This error has been fixed.

[14746] Holidays cannot be imported manually

Holidays were not imported when using the respective function. This error has been fixed.

[14748] Rent end date cannot be changed to a lower date

The rent end date could not be changed to a lower date. This error has been fixed.

[14761] Recalculating the invoice plan leads to creation of a credit memo line for closed extra hours

A recalculation of the invoice plan lines created credit memo lines for already closed invoice lines for extra hours consumption. This error has been fixed.

[14787] Service items which are activated for rental cannot be inserted in sales quotes/orders

It was not possible to add service items which were activated for rental to a sales quote or sales order. This error has been fixed.

[14832] Return protocol cannot be deleted although all lines are cancelled

A return protocol could not be deleted although all lines were marked as cancelled. This error has been fixed.

[14848] Change of customer in additional contract is not processed in all lines

When changing the Contract Customer and the Bill-to Customer in an additional contract, the customers were not changed in the contract header and the contract lines. This error has been fixed.

[14865] Replacement price with more than two decimals is not displayed correctly in text lines

When a replacement price with more than two decimals was entered in the text lines, it was not displayed correctly. This error has been fixed.

[14879] Text line for replacement price is inserted for zero value

The text line for a replacement price was always inserted even if there was no value on a rent class or service item. This error has been fixed. The comment line for a replacement price is not shown if the replacement price is 0,00.

[14913] Global / Shortcut dimension 2 is deleted after changing estimated end date

The Global/Shortcut dimension 2 was deleted whenever changing the estimated end date in rental quotes, contracts and additional contracts. This error has been fixed.

[14939] Decimal quantities are rounded up on rental reports

Decimal quantities were not shown on rental price lines. Instead they were rounded up. This error has been fixed.

[14941] Rent Class/Rent Object with text lines cannot be added

A rent class or rent object that included text lines could not be added to rental documents. This error has been fixed.

[14970] Rent Board line of replaced object does not end at date of replacement

In the Rent Board, the line of a replaced object did not end at the date of replacement. This error has been fixed.

[15151] Error when opening rental purchase credit memo from 'Navigate' page

Search results for rental purchase credit memos could not be opened using the Show Related Entries action. This error has been fixed.

[15226] Decimals for items cannot be used in rental documents

Decimals for items could not be used in rental transfer orders, owner movements or internal movements. This error has been fixed.

New Functions

[13534] Opening rental contract from factbox in item card

A drilldown has been implemented in the Document No. field in the factbox on the item card which opens the respective rental contract.

[14091] New Pages: 'Posted Rental Transfer Receipt' / 'Posted Rental Transfer Shipment'

The pages Posted Rental Transfer Receipt and Posted Rental Transfer Shipment were added.

[14092] Printout for rental transfer order

Rental transfer orders can now be printed via a function on the transfer order page.

[14450] Print lines with same 'Invoice from Date' and 'Invoice to Date' as 'Invoice Date' on rental invoices and credit memos

If a line has the same value in the Invoice from Date and Invoice to Date fields, then this line will be summarized as Invoice Date on printed rental invoices and credit memos.

[14541] Improvement for interruption setup

The Default Interruption Discount Applies to field has been added to the TRASER Rental Setup page. With the All option, the interruption is getting set for all recurring lines. With the Rent option, the interruption is only getting set for the rent lines.

[14542] Text lines are transferred to rental order

The Default Transfer to Rent Order field has been added to the TRASER Rental Setup page. If this field is enabled, the boolean Transfer to Rent Order is set for all text lines by default for rent lines, rent classes and additional agreements.

The Transfer Text Line to Order field has been added to rental contract lines. If it is enabled for a text line, it will be transferred to the rent order.

[14689] 'Rented from Location' on service item card

The Rented from Location field was added to the service item card. It shows the location from which the object has been rented out.

[14740] New field: 'Rentboard Description' in rental quote/rental contract list

The field Rentboard Description is now available in the rental quote / rental contract list, provided that RentBoard is active.

[14838] Rental page access without license

A user has now read-only access to rental pages although he does not own a rental license.

[14857] Selection of period for invoicing of insurance

The new field Insurance Invoice Option was added to the TRASER Rental Setup page under the Invoice Settings register. When selecting the Rent Start & End Date option, the insurance is getting invoiced from rent start to rent end date. When selecting the Shipment & Return Date option, the Invoice from Date for the insurance line is set to the Shipment Date of the object. Furthermore the insurance is getting invoiced from the shipment date to the return date.

[14932] Selecting an owner location for each service item in decommission wizard

It is now possible to select an owner location for each service item line. For this, the Owner Location and Owner Location Description fields have been added to the Sales/Scrapping Wizard.

[14967] Factbox on rental location information extended by bin content information

The factbox regarding the rental location information has been extended by bin content information.

[14977] Setup for price caption of extra hours

The field Extra Hours Invoicing Text has been added to the Consumption Types list. The entered value is transferred to the price description of the consumption invoice plan line and the open end of contract line.

[14990] New boolean in Setup: 'Keep Rented From Loc. after Return'

The Keep Rented From Loc. after Return boolean has been added to the TRASER Rental Setup page. If it is activated, the field Rented from Location maintains the value after the object is returned. Otherwise the field is emptied on the service item card once the object is returned.

[15011] Preparation for owner location functionality

There has been development in the background to be able to implement the owner location function at a later stage.

Improvements

[14751] Date correction for a closed contract

When the date correction for the rent end date of rental contract was processed, the corrective invoice lines were created, but the status of the contract was still Closed. The status can now be updated by recalculating the invoice plan or by updating the status via the action in the contract header. The status of the contract is then automatically set to Final Settlement.

[14863] Error message added when denying to update/recalculate the lines

When denying to update/recalculate the lines, an error message is now shown and the process is aborted.

[14880] Long service item description gets printed completely in protocol incl. line break

When a service item had a long description, it was not printed completely in the rental protocol. This has been improved. Long service item descriptions are now printed completely and line breaks are not used within words.
