[15476] Dimension dialog is skipped during creation of billings

There was a dimension dialog that is now skipped during creation of billings for rental reports.

[15482] Rent Profitability Report - page counter and start/end date fields show wrong values

The fields Page Counter, Start Date and End Date showed wrong values in the rent profitability report. This error has been fixed.

[15493] If lines in additional contract are deleted, later additional contracts cannot be activated

If lines in an additional contract were deleted, later additional contracts could not be activated. This error has been fixed.

[15503] Manual unit price is deleted when quote is converted to contract

The manual unit price was deleted when a rental contract was created from a rental quote. This error has been fixed.

[15668] Rental purchase credit memo cannot be posted with negative amounts

Rental purchase credit memos could not be posted when they included negative amounts. This error has been fixed.

[15671] Invoice filter including a responsibility center filter overwrites the normal filter

Whenever there was an invoice filter preset that included a responsibility center filter, this filter overwrote the normal filter behavior that ran in the Create Rental Documents filter. This error has been fixed.

[15675] Linked additional contract can be deleted

An additional contract that was linked to a rental purchase contract could be deleted. This error has been fixed.

[15686] File name for media storage entries missing for rental documents

The file name for media storage entries was missing for rental documents. This error has been fixed.

[15712] Changing replacement price for main rent class line does not change replacement prices of additional revenues

When the replacement price for a main rent class line was changed, the replacement prices of additional revenues were not changed as well. This error has been fixed.

[15750] Status of remaining object line cannot be reset after deleting additional contract

When an additional contract was deleted, the status of the remaining object line could not be reset or further processed. This error has been fixed.

[15751] Registered rent end date from protocol does not set 'Invoice End' in invoice lines

When the rent end date was registered in a protocol, the invoice end was not set in the invoice lines. This error has been fixed.

[15762] Combined invoicing does not work correctly for additional contracts

When activating the Combined Invoicing function in an additional contract, this was not activated for all lines. This error has been fixed.

[15772] Rental purchase request can not be converted into a rental purchase contract

A rental purchase request could not be converted into a rental purchase contract by using the respective action. This error has been fixed.

[15804] Actions could be processed even though permission was restricted in user setup

Some actions could still be processed, even though the affected booleans were deactivated on the User Setup page. This error has been fixed.

[15812] Deposit cannot be edited after activating additional contract

When an additional contract was activated for a rental contract, the related rental deposit line could not be edited. This error has been fixed.

[15816] External object number can not be selected during posting of owner movement

The External Object Number could not be selected during posting of an owner movement. This error has been fixed.

[15849] Error on rental license check for customer factbox

An error message was shown in a factbox on the customer card due to the rental license check. This error has been fixed.

[15862] Month price calculation does not work correctly

When a month price was set up in a rental purchase contract that has a calendar with the No. of ays field filled, the system does not use this calendar to calculate the number of days in a month but instead will use what is set up in the rental setup. This error has been fixed.

[15978] Responsibilty center cannot be changed on additional contract

The Responsibilty Center field could not be edited on an additional contract. This error has been fixed.

New Functions

[7512] Utilization report

There is now a printed report that is sorted by service item category, sub-category model, and manufacturer. It is filtered by time period and the fields mentioned before which can be set up on the request page.

[13484] Period amount per line in rental lines

The Total Contract Line Amount Excl. VAT field has been added to contract lines. It calculates the total line amounts for rent, insurance and fixed additional revenues.

[14148] License plate number in Object Wizard

The License Plate No. field has been added to the object wizard.

[15500] Contract Number shown in protocol lists

The contract number is now shown in protocol headers and protocol lists.

[15697] Vendor location can be selected in 'To Owner Location' field

The Vendor location can now be selected in the To Owner Location field after manually removing the filter on Location Type on the lookup page.

[15699] Open related sales orders from rental contract

Related sales orders can now be opened directly from a rental contract.

[15857] License: Allow setting rent status as non-rental user

The rent status can now be set or changed for a service item line when the user has no rental license. The lookup page on the rental status can now also be opened when the user has no rental license.

[15867] Attachments are shown on rental contract list page

Attachments and notes are now shown on the rental contract list page and can also be added/edited/deleted.

[15907] Subtotals for Profitability and Utilization Report

In the reports for rent class profitability and rent class utilization, there is now the possibility to see the subtotals on every level of the grouping logic. In addition to that, a 0% value for utilization will be hidden once there are no values for possible rented and actual. rented days.

Improvements

[15418] Improvement on Reading Rental Access

The boolean setup on the User Setup card to set the rental permission can now only be used by users with an assigned rental license. For all other users the booleans are not editable. Once a rental license is deactivated on a user, all permissions on his user setup will be also disabled.

[15676] Tooltip improvement for 'Update rental invoice plans' action

The tooltip for the Update rental invoice plans action has been improved.

[15803] Improvements for Profitability Report / Utilization Report

Filters are now getting saved for the profitability/utilization report when the Send to... or Print action is used.
