[13018] Invoice for Combined Package incl. Rent Break cannot be created

It was not possible to create an invoice for rent class packages that included combined pricing and a rent break. This error has been fixed.

[13482] Quantity field is incorrectly filled for each requirement for linked rental classes

If the requirement Mandatory, Recommended or Optional was used for a linked rent class, the Quantity field was not filled as intended. This error has been fixed.

[13503] Rental contracts with many lines cannot be exported to Excel due to capacity lacks

If a rental contract contained many contract lines which should be exported to Excel, sometimes there were long waiting times or cancellations due to lack of capacity. This error has been fixed.

[13508] VAT is wrongly deposited for correction credit memo

The same posting group was not used for a correction credit memo as for the posted rent invoice. This led to the error that the VAT was calculated in the credit memo although this should not have been the case according to the posted invoice and vice versa. This error has been fixed.

[13526] Dimensions cannot be changed per line

Dimension values could not be changed per line in a rent order. This error has been fixed.

[13528] Rent class cannot be added in additional contract

If the Contract Start Date field has not been filled and you tried to add a rent class, an error message occurred. After this error message it was no longer possible to add a rent class, even if the Start Date Additional Contract was filled after the first error message. This error has been fixed.

[13543] Contracts/Quotes containing several rent classes with GTCs cannot be printed

If there were rent classes in a contract or quote that had several GTCs deposited, these documents could not be printed. This error has been fixed.

[13544] Service item assigned to fixed asset can be sold

A service item that is assigned to a fixed asset could be sold although there were still open rent processes. This error has been fixed.

[13575] Values for posted combined package lines shown twice in specification factbox in the invoice plan

The values for posted combined package lines were shown twice in the specification factbox in the invoice plan. This error has been fixed.

[13580] Document date in rental purchase invoice cannot be edited

The document date in a rental purchase invoice could not be edited manually. This error has been fixed.

[13622] Lines numbers not synchronised between rental contract and additional contract

Adding lines in an additional contract leads to the new lines having the same line number in the edited rental contract and the additional contract after activating the additional contract. So far this has not been the case. This error has been fixed.

[13633] Lookup on object number not possible + wrong rent status after return

After releasing a rental purchase contract, it was not possible to open the respective service item card in the object lines via the object number. This error has been fixed.
Furthermore the status of the service item was shown as "Rentable" even though the service item had been returned to the vendor. This error has been fixed.

[13642] Posted rent line with 0€ cannot be corrected

It was not possible to create a correction credit memo for a posted rent line which contained a 0€ sales price. This error has been fixed.

[13644] Return date cannot be edited

The return date could not be edited in the protocol wizard. This error has been fixed.

[13649] 'Posting date' or 'Received on date' are not taken from the rental purchase protocol

When activating external machines, the posting date or received on date from the rental purchase protocol were not used in the rental entries. This error has been fixed.

[13661] Return date cannot be deleted

The return date could not be deleted in the object lines of a linked rent class. This error has been fixed.

[13664] Error messages during posting and deletion of correction credit memo

Error messages occurred during posting and deletion of a correction credit memo. These errors have been fixed.

[13831] 'Final Invoice' boolean can be set with following error message

The Final Invoice boolean could be activated although the rental contract did not have the Final Settlement status. If the boolean was activated, an error message occurred. This error has been fixed.

[13833] Error message during filtering in delivery/return plan

If a filter was created in the delivery/return plan and the page was reopened after that, an error message occurred. This error has been fixed.

[13834] Manual credit memo uses wrong values

If a manual credit memo was created for a rental invoice, the value from the invoice was not used. This error has been fixed.

[13835] Invoice plan is not recalculated after adding rent breaks

The invoice plan was not updated after rent breaks have been added. This error has been fixed.

[13859] Customer is not entered in service item card when selling the object

When a sales order was created from a rental agreement, the customer was not entered in the service item card. This error has been fixed.

[13962] Error message during protocol creation

During the creation of a protocol for direct and indirect postings, an error message occurred. This error has been fixed.

[13963] Invoice lines of additional contract are wrongly calculated

If an additional contract is created that does not have the same start date as the rental contract and another additional contract was created that started on the same date as the rental contract, then the invoice lines were wrongly calculated. This error has been fixed.

[13976] Display error in report for reported end date

Several display error occurred in the report for the reported rent end date. These errors have been fixed.

[13980] Changing the contract start date into earlier value only updates the object lines

Changing the contract start date into an earlier value only updates the object lines and not all lines of the document. This error has been fixed.

[14010] 'Delete Line' check box cannot be deselected for combined packages

The Delete Line check box in additional contract lines could not be deselected for combined packages. This error has been fixed.

[14023] Object details factbox only shows data of the first rental contract line

The factbox concerning the object details only showed the data of the first rental contract line, no matter which line was selected. This error has been fixed.

[14030] Registration quantity for additional revenues of type 'On Registration' not correct

The registration quantity for prices on registration were not correctly displayed in rental invoices. This error has been fixed.

[14036] Adding the same linked rent class connected to different rent classes at the same time in the rent class wizard doesn't work

It was not possible in the rent class wizard to add the same linked rent class connected to different rent classes at the same time. This error has been fixed.

[14039] Interruption discount is not shown on rental invoices and rental credit memos

The interruption discount was not shown on printed rental invoices or rental credit memos. This error has been fixed.

[14047] Total amount of consumption is not taken into account for total value calculation

The total amount of consumption was not taken into account for the calculation of the total value calculation. This error has been fixed.

[14088] Dimensions are not transferred from the document header into the line

Dimensions were not transferred from the document header into the document lines. This error has been fixed.

[14115] Error message when opening rent classes

When opening a rent class, an error message occurred. This error has been fixed.

[14129] Extended prices are not taken into account for additional revenues

Extended prices were not considered for rental lines and additional revenue lines. This error has been fixed.

[14131] Delivery location code cannot be changed with existing open rental purchase contract

An error message occurred when changing the delivery location code while there was still an open rental purchase contract. This error has been fixed.

[14137] Value from 'Discount %' field is not inserted in existing interruption specifications

The value from the Discount % field was not inserted in existing interruption specifications. This error has been fixed.

[4808] Rent class package availability

A rent class package availability page can now be opened from a rental class package card.

[12150] Delete rent class lines from contract via additional contract

Rent class lines of a rental contract can now be deleted via an additional contract.

[12194] Assign variable revenue lines to rent objects

It is now possible to assign variable revenue lines to specific rent objects.

[12217] Show linked rent classes in rental contract

A new field was added in rental contracts which shows the linked (main) rent class.

[12719] Dimensions are transferred into rent lines

Dimensions are now transferred into the lines of rental quotes and contracts and can also be edited there.

[12741] Notes are transferred between rental documents

Notes are now always transferred to the resulting rental document when they are converted.

[13147] Deleted contract lines are not printed in report

In connection with ticket 12150, rent class lines which were deleted via an additional contract are also not printed in reports.

[13413] Serial number is printed when using certain objects in rental quote/contract

When specific rent objects are used in a rental quote, rental contract or additional contract, the serial number of this rent object is additionally printed in the report.

[13414] Serial number in rental documents

A field for the serial number was added in various rental documents, e.g. in the rent lines, object lines or transfer lines.

[13444] New field in rental documents: Shipping Agent, Shipping Agent Service and Shipping Time

The fields Shipping Agent, Shipping Agent Service and Shipping Time were added to the Shipping register in rental documents.

[13478] Footer on all pages in printed documents

The footer set up for reports is now printed on all pages of the report.

[13480] Linked rent classes are shown under main rent class

Linked rent classes are now shown directly under the main rent class.

[13490] Shipping information in email templates of rental purchase documents

The shipping information can now be added in email templates of rental purchase requests and contracts.

[13516] Rent class description is used instead of price line description in rent break report

In the rent break report, the rent class description is now used instead of the price line description.

[13539] First invoice period as one line in invoice plan

When a first invoice period is entered, it is displayed a single line in the invoice plan regardless of whether a month-end has been exceeded.

[13613] Added factbox on location inventory to Rent Object Wizard

A factbox containing data on the location inventory was added to the rent object wizard.

[13614] Added quantity of the available inventory to Rent Object Wizard

The Quantity available field was added to the rent object wizard which shows the available quantity at the location.

[13630] Setup of serial numbers for rental invoices and rental credit memos

On the TRASER Rental Setup page, you can now deposit serial numbers for (posted) rental invoices and (posted) rental credit memos.

[13645] Improvement for entering several rent objects for creating a protocol without exsiting contract

If a protocol is created without a related rental contract, it is now possible to enter several rent objects in this protocol.

[13646] Presetting the 'quantity to process' field in protocol by using the fast track wizard

If the protocol was created using the fast track wizard, the Quantity to Process field is already prefilled because this field has already been filled in the wizard.

[13974] New field for replacement amount in 'Line Price' register

A new field was added to the Line Price register which displays the amount of all replacement prices.

[13998] New boolean for printing the email address of the rental purchase contract contact

A boolean was added with which the email address of the rental purchase contract contact can be printed.

[13999] Print invoice date for additional revenues in invoice plan

The invoice period is printed for additional revenues with the dates defined in the invoice plan.

[14031] New field for replacement amount in rental quotes

In connection with ticket 13974, a new field for the replacement amount was added to rental quotes.

[14051] Transfer interruption discount from rent break request into rental invoice

In connection with bug 14039, the interruption discount is transferred from a rent break request to rental invoices and credit memos.

[14100] Manual prices are no longer updated

Manual prices are no longer updated by the system if a object number is entered or the quantity is changed or the lines are recalculated.

Improvements

[10218] Discount column in printed rent invoices/credit memos now as seperate lines

Die discount column in printed rent invoices/credit memos is no longer available. This information is now shown as seperate lines in the report under the interruption lines.

[13648] Differentiation between commissioned and non-commissioned (service) items in the role center

Since there were misunderstandings regarding the filtering on item pages that were opened from the Role Center, the names of the buttons have been adjusted so that it is clearer which list is opened via this button.
