Configure headers and footers
You can set up headers and footers in MaschinenParkOnline. These are displayed and, if necessary, printed on documents that you create, e.g. on machine quotations or machine delivery bills.
Note
If required, different headers and footers can be set up for different document types and their language versions.
- Click on the Header and footer setup button in the action bar.
- The window for the MPO report setup opens.
- Select the row with the report for which you want to create headers and footers.
- Then click on Edit in the action bar.
- Click on the + symbol in the column for the header or footer.
- The Select image dialog box opens.
- Click on the Choose... button.
- Find the image file for your header or footer, mark it and select it by clicking Open.
You have added headers and footers and can repeat the process for the other documents.
Store different stationery for a report type
You can store different letterheads, so-called templates, for each report type. When creating the report, e.g. an offer, you can then select which stationery/template should be used in the report dialog.
- To create another template, open the header and footer setup via the action bar.
- Then click on New in the action bar.
- A pop-up window opens:
- Fill in the following fields:
Field | Description |

Title | Give the template a name. This is displayed later in the report dialog when the document is created. |
Report | If you press the ENTER key, this field is automatically filled in by the system. |
Report ID | This field is filled automatically. |
Language code. | In this field, enter the language in which the template is to be used. |
Report name | This field is automatically filled/remains empty. |
Header | Add a file for the header here. |
Footer | Add a file for the footer here. |
Number series | Select the letter sequence to be used for the report numbering in the drop-down menu. For example, the offer number could later be AN000001. |
Standard | Activate this option if the template is to be used by default, provided no other template is selected when the report is created. |
Hide Header | Activate this option if you do not want the header to be printed. |
