The offer history is part of the CRM module. For more information on the available modules and configuration options, please contact your TRASER Software representative.
You can call up quotation histories for both contacts and machines.
View quote history
Proceed as follows to call up your offer history.
- Click on Documents in the navigation bar.
- Select the Offers option from the menu.
- The All offers list is displayed.
View quote history for a machine
Proceed as follows to call up a quotation history for a machine.
- Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
- Select the All machines option from the menu.
- The All machines list is displayed.
- From the list, select the machine for which you want to display the sales offer history or redemption offer history.
- The machine card is opened.
- Scroll down on the machine card to the offer history. By default, the offer history is sorted by date.
View quote history for a contact
Proceed as follows to call up a sales offer history for a contact:
- Click on Contacts in the navigation bar.
- Select the Contacts option from the menu.
- The Contacts list is displayed.
- Select the contact from the list for which you want to display the sales offer history or redemption offer history.
- The contact card is opened.
- Scroll down on the machine card to Quotation history. By default, the offer history is sorted by date.
