Create return offers
Note
The machine must have been created in MPO (including all master data/equipment) in order to be able to create a return offer. We also assume below that the machine has been evaluated.
Proceed as follows to create a redemption offer:
- Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
- Select the All machines option from the menu.
- The All machines list is displayed. You can filter the list All machines filter to narrow it down.
- Select the machine for which you would like to create a machine return offer.
- The machine card is opened.
- Click on Navigate > Machine return offer in the action bar.
- The wizard for the machine return offer is displayed.
- Complete the following information:

| Language Code | Select the language in which the offer is to be created. |
| Template | Select which stationery is to be used. |
| Contact no. | This is a mandatory field. From the drop-down list for this field, select the contact for whom you would like to write the redemption offer. |
| Print contact no. | Select whether the contact number should be printed or not. |
| Alternative seller code | If necessary, enter an alternative contact person in this field. |
| Offer valid until | Specify until when the machine return offer is valid. |
| Alternative offer price (net) | In this field, enter an alternative price to be quoted in the redemption offer. If you leave this field blank, the valuation amount will be used for the redemption offer. |
| Alternative terms of payment | Specify alternative payment terms/conditions. |
| Supplementary note | You can enter a supplementary note for the return offer here. |
| Print all machine images | Activate this option to print all machine images in the return offer. |
| Print marketplace images only | Activate this option to only print marketplace images in the redemption offer. |
| Print equipment | Activate this option to include the equipment in the offer. |
| Print VAT | Activate this option to include the VAT on the return offer. |

| Incoterms | Enter the delivery conditions here. |
| Destination | Define a destination. |
| TEXT BUILDING BLOCKS | |
| Customize description | Activate this option to print a customized description in the document. |
| Print pretext | Activate this option to print a pre-text in the document. |

| Print personal agreement | Activate this option to print the salesperson's name after the follow-up text. The seller name depends on the CRM settings under the seller profile. |

The price stated in the redemption offer corresponds to the value from the valuation amount field on the machine card. Further information on machine evaluation can be found in the section Machine evaluation.
The following buttons are available at the bottom of the wizard:

- Select one of the options and click OK.
You have exported a machine return offer as a file. You can print these out and send them by post.
