Create machines
Proceed as follows to create a machine:
- Click the New machine option in the Actions bar on the start page.
- A new machine card is opened.
The following fields are displayed on the machine card in the General tab:

If some fields are not displayed, click Show more at the top right of the screen. If some fields are still not displayed, this may be related to the setup settings.

| No. | If you press the ENTER key, this field is automatically filled in by the system. |
| Internal no. | You can assign an internal number in this field, for example an article number from your merchandise management system. |
| Serial no. | Enter the serial number of the machine in this field. |
| Valuation pending | Activate this option if the value of the machine has not yet been determined. |
| Commission | Activate this option if a machine is sold on behalf of a customer and is therefore not in the dealer's stock. |
| Machine breakage | Activate this option if the machine is not operational. |
| In stock | This field indicates whether a machine is in stock/on site. If this field is not activated, the machine is still running. |
| Category | Select the appropriate category for the machine. |
| Subcategory | Select the appropriate sub-category for the machine. |
| Manufacturer | Select the manufacturer from the list. |
| Model | Enter the model in this field. |
| PS | Enter the engine power of the machine in horsepower in this field. |
| KW | This field is calculated automatically if you have entered an engine power in the PS field. |
| Year of construction | Enter the year of manufacture of the machine here. If the year of manufacture is unknown, enter a 0 here. |
| Operating hours | Enter the operating hours of the machine here. |
| Number of hectares | Enter the number of hectares of the machine here. |
| MOT | Enter the date for the main inspection here. |
| Condition | Select the status of the machine from the drop-down menu. |
| Location code | Enter the location of the machine in this field. |
| Location address | This field is automatically completed if you have entered a location in the Location code field. |
| Location ZIP code | This field is automatically completed if you have entered a location in the Location code field. |
| Location Place | This field is automatically completed if you have entered a location in the Location code field. |
| Country location | This field is automatically completed if you have entered a location in the Location code field. |
| Location information | Here you can enter further information about the location. The information entered here is also transmitted to the stock exchanges. |
| Weblink to the machine | Here you can enter the link to the machine on your homepage. The link is also printed on offers and data sheets. |
| YouTube video | You can add a link to a YouTube video here. Select the desired video from YouTube and click on the moving image with the right mouse button. Use the Video URL command to copy the link to the clipboard and paste it into this field using the CTRL+V key combination. |
| Seller code | Enter the seller here. |
| Seller name | The seller name is automatically filled in by the system if you have selected a seller in the Seller code field. |
| Supplier code | Enter the supplier here. |
| Supplier name | The supplier name is automatically filled in by the system |
| Data recorded by | This field is automatically filled in with your user name. |
| Date of the data | This field is automatically filled in with the current date. |
| Modified on | This field is automatically filled in with the date of the last change to the machine card. |
| Return customer | In this field you can enter the customer from whom you have taken back the machine. |
| Valuation amount | The valuation amount is automatically displayed in this field. |
| Valuation note | This field automatically displays any note entered when the machine was evaluated. |
| Evaluation by | The employee who carried out the evaluation is automatically inserted in this field. |
| Valuation date | This field automatically displays the date on which the valuation was carried out. |
| Cost price/purchase price | In this field you can enter the cost price or purchase price of the machine. |
| Lime. Machine value | This field is automatically filled in by the system with the calculated machine value. |
| Tax approach | Select the applicable tax rate from the list. |
| VAT % | Select the tax rate (in percent) from the list. |
| Erw. Price in stock exchange | Enter the expected selling price for the exchange in this field. |
| Erw. UK (net) | This field is automatically filled in by the system. |
| Erw. UK (gross) | This field is automatically filled in by the system. |
| Dealer price | In this field, enter the price for which you would sell the machine to another dealer. |
| Expected margin Amount | This field is automatically filled in by the system. The value entered in this field is calculated from the value Erw. Sales price in stock exchange minus lime. Machine value. |
| Expected margin % | This field is automatically filled in by the system. The figure entered in this field corresponds to the converted percentage value of the margin amount from Erw. Margin amount. |
| Currency | Select the currency to be used for the prices from the list. |
| Status | This field is automatically filled in by the system. |
| Date of receipt | Enter the machine's acquisition date in this field. |
| Filter field 1 | The name of this field depends on your configuration and setup, i.e. it is possible that this field is labeled differently in your individual software. You should therefore enter the information specific to your facility. |

- Scroll down and enter the transport information.
- Scroll down to the Features section.

The equipment options are pre-filtered based on the information you have entered in the Category, Subcategory and Manufacturer fields.
Fill in the attribute information as follows:

If you use the CRM module in addition to the basic version of MaschinenParkOnline, you will also see a Offer histories and a Return offer histories in the machine card.
