Convert quotes into order confirmations

Proceed as follows to convert an offer into an order confirmation.
- Click on Documents in the navigation bar.
- Select the Offers option from the menu.
- The All offers list is displayed.
- Open the offer card of the offer you want to convert.
- In the Action bar, select the Machine order confirmation option.
- A dialog box opens. The information and settings are automatically adopted from the offer, but can be changed if necessary.
The following buttons are available at the bottom of the wizard:

| Preview | Click on this button to display a preview of the offer to be printed. |
| Cancel | Click on this button to cancel the process and return to the All machines list. |
