In collaboration with the industry, MaschinenParkOnline is constantly being developed and improved. On this page you will find an overview of the latest updates installed in MPO.

Improvements

• General bug fixes. With this release, various bugs have been fixed and all features have been successfully tested for their functionality. This has resulted in a significant improvement in quality. Errors that have been fixed:
  • Machines are shown as not sent in the Trade-In app, but have already been sent to MPO
  • Missing translations in Agriaffaires advertisements
  • Missing Mascus results for price search
  • Incorrect agreement on and misleading error message when creating reports
• Home page
  • Separate tiles for offers and return offers
• Stock exchanges and advertisements
  • Upgrade of interfaces.
    • Technology exchange: By changing the technical transmission path from MPO to the technology exchange, various errors in the creation and editing of advertisements have been rectified.
    • GRIMME marketplace: Update to the latest GRIMME interface/website
  • If the exact year of manufacture of a machine is unknown, 0 can now be entered in the Year of manufacture field in MPO.
• Machines:
  • The image gallery can be removed from the machine card by default and opened via an action on a separate card instead. This can lead to improved loading times for the machine card.
  • New field "Created in app" on the machine to differentiate how a machine was created in MPO.
• Reports
  • All reports:
    • Reduction of the selectable language codes in the drop-down menu to the languages currently available in MPO: German, English and French (DEU, ENU and FRA).
    • Sorting of the documents table changed according to descending creation date
    • If no operating hours are entered and the value in MPO is 0, this is no longer shown but omitted completely.
  • Internal machine data sheet: Expansion to include the cost price and the imputed machine value
  • Pro forma invoice: The External ID is printed as the contact number. If the External ID field on the contact card is empty, the MPO contact number is printed instead.
  • Machine order confirmation:
    • The External ID is printed as the contact number. If the External ID field on the contact card is empty, the MPO contact number is printed instead.
    • The MPO machine number has been included as an additional reference.

  • Machine return offer: Extension with the option to create and print Incoterms. A destination can also be specified.
• Seller:
  • Clearer layout of the sales card
  • Sellers can be deactivated in the seller card. On the one hand, this makes seller management clearer and, on the other, deactivating sellers automatically removes them from all mailing lists for evaluation emails. If necessary, a deactivated seller can be reactivated. Here you can read how exactly these settings can be made.
• CRM module
  • Sorting the offer history: The latest offers are displayed at the top of the list by default.
  • The individually added machine description is saved in the document histories.
• CategoryCheckPro module
  • Easier handling of sorting in equipment lists. The desired item numbers can now be entered directly in the Item column.

New features

• Stock exchanges and advertisements
  • Sellers can now be assigned to locations. Either individual or multiple salespersons can be assigned to a location. The location specified for a machine is then used to determine which contacts are displayed in the exchanges. In the advertisements, the salespersons assigned to the location are listed in addition to the standard contact persons. This is set up on the respective salesperson card ( Assign salesperson to a location or Remove salesperson from a location ).
• Reports
  • From now on, different stationery templates can be stored for the various documents. When creating documents such as quotations, you can then select which template is to be used. This is set up in the Report setup.
• CRM module
  • Histories are now also created for pro forma invoices and machine order confirmations. These can be accessed via the Documents item in the navigation bar.
• CategoryCheckPro module
  • In each equipment list, you can define which of the self-added attributes and the information stored there should be published in the exchanges. This information is then also displayed in the description text in the advertisements.
  • Manufacturers can be added, edited and removed Link To receive the update, all app users who are affected by the changes must update the following structural data in the app once: Menu -> Update data -> Update manufacturer
  • Synchronization of the sorting of the equipment lists with the Trade-In App - If the order of attributes has been changed in CategoryCheckPro, the new order is also sent to the Trade-In App. To receive the update, all app users who are affected by the changes must update the following structural data in the app once: Menu -> Update data -> Update machine data.
• Trade-In App
  • Direct integration of the app into the evaluation process. Valuation price proposals and valuation notes can be entered immediately when the machine is recorded and transferred to MPO.

Improvements

• Sorting the machine table: By default, the most recent machine is now always displayed at the top.
• Evaluation emails: The MPO machine number is listed in the evaluation mails.
• Deleting files from the file storage in the infobox of a machine:** To prevent accidental deletion of files, a confirmation prompt is displayed before deletion.
• Redemption offers: The option "Print marketplace images only" has been provided in the dialog for the redemption offer. If this option is selected, only images that have the shopping cart stored in the machine card are printed on the report.

New features

• New CategoryCheckPro module: The editorial system can be used to customize equipment lists for each sub-category. This makes the creation of machines more efficient and further optimizes machine management. The following functions are available:
  • Supplementing equipment lists
  • Reduce equipment lists
  • Synchronization with the Trade-In app

Extension of the quotes module

The Offers module has been expanded to include the following functions:

• Offer cards: The navigation bar -> Offers -> All offers takes you to the list of offers and from there to the individual offer cards. These give you an overview of the respective offer. On the offer cards you will also find:
  • A new status field for better tracking of your offers.
  • A new field that can be used to adjust the validity period of offers,
  • A new free text field in which you can enter the reason why an offer was lost.
• Expired offers are automatically marked as expired.
• The offer status is listed in the offer histories on the machine and contact cards.

Expansion of the evaluation process

In order to create more transparency, the assessment information on the machine card has been expanded as follows:

• New field: Average valuation proposal. The average value is calculated automatically from all the machine ratings submitted.
• New field: Number of valuation proposals.

New trade-in report

A new report for trade-ins is now available. This can be created in different languages.
