Advertisements

With just a few clicks, MaschinenParkOnline lets you advertise a machine across multiple marketplaces and manage your listings centrally. This chapter is divided into the following sections:

• Creating Advertisements for singular Machines
• Creating Advertisements for multiple Machines
• Editing and Updating Advertisements
• Deactivating singular Advertisement
• Deactivating all Advertisements for a Machine

Creating Advertisements for singular Machines

Please proceed as follows to create an advertisement for a singular machine:

• Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
• From the menu bar, select All Machines.
• Select the machine for which you want to create an advertisement.

• The Machine Card is displayed.
• Enter a description for the machine to be displayed in the ad in the Description Marketplace field in the FactBox area (ALT+F2).
• Click on Advertisements  > Create Advertisement in the menu bar.
• The Wizard for selecting a marketplace is displayed.
• In the Online Market FastTab, choose the marketplaces where you'd like to create advertisements.
• In the Advert/Magazine FastTab, specify whether the machine was advertised in any magazines, in addition to the online marketplaces, and if so, which ones.
• Click OK to create the advertisement for the marketplace.

The adverts are created and uploaded to the selected marketplaces. In addition, the status of the machine is changed to Online.

Creating Advertisements for multiple Machines

Please proceed as follows to create advertisements for multiple machines:

• Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
• From the menu bar, select All Machines.
• Select the machines for which you want to create advertisements.

• Click on Advertisements  > Create Advertisements in the menu bar.
• The Wizard for selecting a marketplace is displayed.
• In the Online Market FastTab, choose the marketplaces where you'd like to create advertisements.
• In the Advert/Magazine FastTab, specify whether the machines were advertised in any magazines, in addition to the online marketplaces, and if so, which ones.
• Click OK to create the advertisements for the marketplaces.
• A message will be displayed confirming how many machines have been successfully advertised.

The adverts are created and uploaded to the selected marketplaces. In addition, the status of the machines is changed to Online.

Editing and Updating Advertisements

Please proceed as follows to update an advertisement:

• Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
• From the menu bar, select All Machines.
• Select the machine for which you want to edit the advert for the relevant marketplaces.

• The Machine Card is displayed.
• Activate the Edit mode. To do this, click the pencil icon at the top center of the screen.
• Make your changes.

You have successfully updated a machine card. Proceed as follows to transfer these changes to the marketplaces:

• Click on Advertisements  > Update Advertisements in the menu bar.

You have successfully updated the advertisement.

Deactivating singular Advertisement

Please proceed as follows to deactivate a singular advertisement:

• Click Advertisements > ‌All Advertisements in the navigation bar.
• Select the line with the advert you want to deactivate.

• Click on Deactivate Advertisement in the menu bar.

The advert for the specific marketplace is deactivated. The status will be changed to Offline.

Deactivating all Advertisements for a Machine

Please proceed as follows to deactivate all advertisements for a machine:

• Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
• From the menu bar, select All Machines.
• Select the machine for which you want to deactivate all advertisements.

• Click on Advertisements  > Deactivate Advertisements in the menu bar.
• A dialog window is displayed asking you whether you want to deactivate the advertisements for the selected machines.
• Confirm the dialog window with Yes.

You have deactivated all adverts for the selected machine at the same time. The status of the machine will be changed to Offline.
