Machine Checklists
You can use checklists to record the equipment of a machine or to check the data stored in the system for this machine. Please proceed as follows to create a machine checklist:
- Click on Machines > All Machines in the navigation bar.
- The All Machines list is displayed. You can narrow down the list by using Filters.
- Select the machine for which you want to create a checklist.
- Click on Navigate > Checklist Workshop in the action bar of the Machine Card.
- In the Wizard, activate the following toggle switches as needed:
Note
The caption of the Filter Fields depends on your configuration and setup, i.e. it is possible these fields are labeled differently in your software.
| Toggle Switch | Description |

| Print All Machine Images | Activate this toggle switch if all machine pictures shall be printed on the machine checklist. |
| Print Pretext | Activate this toggle switch if the pretext shall be printed. |
| Print Postscript | Activate this toggle switch if the postscript shall be printed. |
| Print Filter Field 1 | Activate this toggle switch if the information in the Filter Field 1 field of the machine card shall be printed on the machine checklist. |
| Print Filter Field 2 | Activate this toggle switch if the information in the Filter Field 2 field of the machine card shall be printed on the machine checklist. |
| Print Filter Field 3 | Activate this toggle switch if the information in the Filter Field 3 field of the machine card shall be printed on the machine checklist. |
| Print Filter Field 4 | Activate this toggle switch if the information in the Filter Field 4 field of the machine card shall be printed on the machine checklist. |
- Click on Print to print the machine checklist. If needed, you can preview it beforehand.
You have successfully printed a machine checklist and can now use it to check the equipment of a machine.
