Bug Fixes

[30298] Trade-In report restored

We resolved an issue where selecting the Trade-in action did not trigger a print preview, rendering the trade-in report unusable. The report is now fully functional and available again on both the machine list and machine card.

[30435] Location property added to 'MASCUS' interface

We fixed an issue where location information was not sent to MASCUS due to a missing property in the interface. The location is now correctly included and displayed.

[30575] Missing 'Tax %' restored on reports

We fixed an issue where the Tax % field was missing from several reports due to incorrect translation handling. The field now displays correct values across all affected reports.

[30586] Improved FTP image deletion handling in marketplaces

We fixed an issue where MaschinenParkOnline attempted to delete images on FTP-based marketplaces that no longer existed on the server. Previously, missing files triggered a 550 – file not found error, interrupting the deactivation process. With this fix, MaschinenParkOnline will now ignore missing files and continue processing remaining advertisements and update/delete operations without interruption.

[30724] Trade-In report translations restored

We fixed an issue where the Trade-In report was available only in English due to incorrect translation files. The report now correctly displays in all supported languages.

[30726] Trade-In report images restored

We fixed an issue where all images were missing from the Trade-In report. Images now display correctly on the report.

[30730] Missing translations for salesperson fields on 'Trade-In' report fixed

We fixed an issue where the translations for Salesperson Code Trade-In and Salesperson Name Trade-In were missing. Both fields are now displayed in the correct language.

New Functions

[19665] Copy attributes across multiple subcategories

Users can now copy attributes to multiple subcategories at once as part of the CategoryCheckPro module. Existing or newly created attributes can be duplicated to other subcategories, reducing the time and effort required to set up attributes across multiple categories.

[26292] 'Export Machine To Valuation API' now available on machine card

The Export Machine To Valuation API functionality is now accessible directly on the machine card, allowing users to send machines from company to company more conveniently.

[28575] Deactivate ads for specific marketplaces

Users can now deactivate advertisements for specific marketplaces using a multi-selection of machines. The option list mirrors the one used for machine creation, making it easy to manage marketplace ads efficiently.

[28657] New Field 'Sales Person – Trade-In' on machine card

A new field Sales Person – Trade-In has been added to the machine card. When creating a machine in MaschinenParkOnline or a Trade-In app, the assigned sales person for the current user is automatically populated in this field. This ensures that the original responsible sales person remains visible on the machine in MaschinenParkOnline.

[28678] Updated calculation for 'Exp. Profit %' and 'Profit %' on machine card

The Exp. Profit % and Profit % on the machine card are now calculated based on the Expected Sales Price excl. VAT instead of the purchase price. This ensures accurate profit percentages both for expected and final calculations.

[30018] New fields on 'Selected Machines List' report

Two new fields have been added to the Selected Machines List report:

  • Dealer Price incl. VAT
  • Dealer Price excl. VAT

Both fields can be toggled on or off on the report request page.
