[26922] Error when creating marketplace advertisements with quotation marks

Creating advertisements for certain marketplaces (e.g. Truck1) failed when the machine description contained a quotation mark. This caused an error because the marketplace could not process the generated file. The issue has been fixed and advertisements are now created and sent successfully even when descriptions include quotation marks.

[29052] Improved error messages for 'OTOMOTO' advertisements

When creating an OTOMOTO advertisement for a category without a valid mapping, MaschinenParkOnline now shows a clearer error message. This improvement helps customers better understand the cause of the error.

[30898] Zero operating hours and hectare count not sent to 'Technikbörse' and 'Traktorpool'

When a machine has no operating hours or hectare count, these values are automatically set to zero and were previously sent to Technikbörse and Traktorpool as zero. This behavior has been corrected so that if operating hours and/or hectare count are zero, the corresponding attributes are no longer sent to Technikbörse or Traktorpool. This ensures the data is handled correctly when values are intentionally not provided.

[31005] Incorrect external picture URL for advertisement uploads

When uploading an advertisement to multiple online marketplaces, a GUID was incorrectly written into the External Picture URL field during the upload. As a result, images were no longer displayed on the relevant marketplace because the field contained a GUID instead of a valid URL. This issue has been fixed so that no GUID is created or stored in the media record, ensuring images are correctly displayed on the relevant marketplaces.

[31011] Missing attribute translations on 'CategoryCheckPro' Card

When users had their language set to English (or any language other than German), the attributes on the CategoryCheckPro card were still displayed in German. This made it difficult for non-German-speaking users to identify and adjust attributes. The issue has been resolved and attributes are now displayed in the user’s selected language.

[30649] S-FTP support for own webshop interface

Dealers using the Own Webshop interface can now optionally use S-FTP for data transfer. If you would like to enable S-FTP for your webshop connection, please contact TRASER.

[30728] WhatsApp availability for salespeople in 'TechnikBörse' marketplace

Users can now indicate whether a sales person’s phone number and/or mobile number is available on WhatsApp. This information is sent to TechnikBörse, allowing potential customers to see WhatsApp availability and contact sales staff more easily.

[30731] Improved salesperson resolution for valuation emails

When machines are sent from the TRASER DMS 365 to MaschinenParkOnline and the Data collected by field is empty, the valuation email process previously failed because no salesperson could be resolved. This has been improved so that MaschinenParkOnline now falls back to Salesperson Code Trade-In when Data collected by is empty. If both fields are empty, a clear error message informs the user that no Trade-In Salesperson can be found. This applies, for example, when running the Set Valuation Amount action on machines sent from the TRASER DMS 365.

[30732] New setting to limit image attachments in valuation emails

A new field has been added to the MaschinenParkOnline setup that allows dealers to limit the total size of images attached to valuation emails. This prevents valuation emails from being rejected due to mail server size restrictions when machines are sent to MaschinenParkOnline via the TRASER MPO Trade-In App. By default, the limit is set to 35 MB. MaschinenParkOnline will automatically reduce the number of attached images to ensure the email stays within the configured limit.

[30748] Header and footer support for machine list reports

Machine list reports can now be printed with headers and footers. These can be configured in the report setup in the same way as for all other MaschinenParkOnline reports.
