Manage return offers

Use Status to manage your redemption offers.

Update return quotes

  • Click on Redemption offers in the navigation bar.
  • Select the option All redemption offers from the menu.
  • The list All redemption offers is displayed.
  • In the Status column, you can see at a glance which redemption offers are open, expired, on hold or lost.
  • To update the list, click on Update Status in the action bar.

Update offer status

All redemption offers that previously had the status Open but have since expired will be set to the status Expired.

  • Click on Documents in the navigation bar on the start page.

  • Enter the new expiration date of the redemption offer in the Redemption offer valid until field.

Change offer validity

  • Close the redemption offer card to return to the All redemption offers list.

  • Select the Redemption offers option from the menu.
  • The list All redemption offers is displayed.
  • Click on the lost redemption offer for which you would like to enter a reason.
  • Enter the reason why the redemption offer was lost in the field Reason for lost redemption offer.

Reasons for lost bids

  • Close the redemption offer card to return to the All redemption offers list.
