Adding equipment lists
Note
Newly added equipment features are only available for newly added machines. They cannot be added to previously created machines.
Proceed as follows to add a new attribute to an equipment list:
- Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
- Select the All machines option in the menu.
- The All machines list is displayed.
- Click on Process at the top of the action bar and then on CategoryCheckProto open the editing system.
- In the General tab, first select the category and the subcategory of the machine type for which you want to edit the equipment list.
- To do this, click on the line in the respective gray field and select the (sub)category from the drop-down menu.
- Confirm your selection using the OK button.
- The appropriate equipment list is now loaded.
- Enter your new attribute at the end of the equipment list. To do this, click in the field in the Name column in the first empty row and give your new equipment feature a name in the Name column.
- If you confirm your entry with Enter, an attribute number is automatically assigned to the newly added attribute in the No. column.
- Complete the other columns:

| Data type | In the Data type column, select the field type for your new equipment feature. This selection determines how the data can later be entered in the equipment list. The following table explains the data types available for selection here. |
