Assign salesperson to a location

In MaschinenParkOnline you can assign sellers to a location. Either individual or multiple salespersons can be assigned to a location. If necessary, simply repeat the steps described in this section for all other sellers.

The location specified for a machine is then used to determine which contacts are displayed in the exchanges. In the advertisements, the salespersons assigned to the location are listed in addition to the standard contact persons.

Proceed as follows to assign a salesperson to a location:

• Click on Seller in the navigation bar.
• Select the Seller option in the menu.
• The Seller page is displayed.
• In the Code column, click on the seller whose data you want to edit.
• The vendor card is opened.
• Scroll down to the Exchange-specific data tab.
• Click on Seller locations and then on Add location.

You have assigned the seller to the location.
