Machine checklists
Use checklists to record the equipment of a machine or to check the data stored in the system for this machine.
Proceed as follows to create a machine checklist.
- Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
- Select the All machines option from the menu.
- The All machines list is displayed. At this point, you can work with Filters to narrow down the list.
- Select the machine for which you want to create a checklist.
- The machine card for the machine is opened.
- Click on Navigate > Checklist workshop in the action bar on the machine card.
- A wizard opens.
Note
The name of the fields Print filter field shown in the screenshot depends on your configuration and setup, i.e. it is possible that these fields are labeled differently in your individual software.
- Use the sliders to select which information the checklist should contain.
The following buttons are available at the bottom of the wizard:
