Sorting in lists
In all lists in MaschinenParkOnline you can sort data records in ascending or descending order. This function is available for every column in the list.
Note
The procedure shown here for sorting data is shown using the machines list. You can use the same procedure for any other table.
- Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
- Select the All machines option from the menu.
- The All machines list is displayed.
- Click on the down arrow on the right-hand edge of the heading of the column in which you want to sort the data records.
-
A menu opens in which you can select ascending or descending. Alternatively, use the key combination Alt+F7 to sort a selected column in ascending or descending order.
-
In our example, we sort all machines in descending order based on operating hours.
You have sorted the data records in the list. This is indicated by an arrow next to the column name.
You can change the type of sorting by clicking on the column heading again.
Note
Sorted views are not saved. The next time you call up the list, it will be sorted by machine number by default.
