Machine data sheets
Machine data sheets contain all the information about a machine and provide you or your customer with a quick overview of the machine.
In addition to the machine lists, you can print out a checklist to check the equipment of the machine in the system. You can find more information on this at Machine checklists.
Proceed as follows to print machine data sheets:
- Click on Machines in the navigation bar.
- Select the All machines option from the menu.
- The All machines list is displayed. At this point, you can work with Filters to narrow down the list.
- Mark the machine for which you want to print the machine data sheet.
- Click Print > Machine data sheet in the action bar.
- A wizard will open, offering you the following options:

| Language code | Select the language in which the offer is to be created. |
| Template | Select which stationery is to be used. |
| Alternative seller code | By default, this field is automatically filled in with your seller code. If you want to print a different seller on the data sheet, select the corresponding alternative seller code here. |
| Print machine images | Activate this option to print all machine images. If the option is deactivated, only the cover image is printed (if available). |
| Print Martplatz images | Activate this option to print all stock market images. |
| Prints Sales price | Activate this option to print the net sales price, gross sales price and the tax rate with percentage value. |
| Print filter field 1 | Activate this option to print the information contained on the machine card in the Filter field 1. |
| Print filter field 2 | Activate this option to print the information contained on the machine card in the Filter field 2. |
| Print filter field 3 | Activate this option to print the information contained on the machine card in the Filter field 3. |
| Print filter field 4 | Activate this option to print the information contained on the machine card in the filter field 4. |

The name of the fields Filter field shown in the screenshot depends on your configuration and setup, i.e. it is possible that this field is labeled differently in your individual software.
The following buttons are available at the bottom of the wizard:

| Preview & close | Click on this button to display a preview of the machine data sheet to be printed. |
