Change list layout

Customize your list views in MaschinenParkOnline to quickly see the information that is relevant to you. The following options for customizing lists are available to you:

• Hide columns
• Show columns
• Change column order
• Fix columns

Hide columns

Proceed as follows to hide columns in a list:

• Click on Machines in the navigation bar on the start page.
• Select the All machines option from the menu.
• The All machines list is displayed.
• Click on the cogwheel at the top right of the menu bar and then on Personalize. You are now in personalization mode.
• Move your mouse pointer to the title of the column you want to show or hide. In our example, we want to hide the TÜV column.
• Click on the red arrow at the top right of the column to open the personalization action menu.

• Select the action Hide.

You have hidden the column.

Show columns

Proceed as follows to show columns in a list:

• Click on Machines in the navigation bar on the start page.
• Select the All machines option from the menu.
• The All machines list is displayed.
• Click on the cogwheel at the top right of the menu bar and then on Personalize to start the personalization mode.
• Click on the + fieldbutton.

• To the right of the All machines list, another Add field to page list opens. Here you can see all columns that are currently hidden. In our example, the TÜV column is available.

• You can drag and drop a column to any position in the All machines list using the mouse pointer.

You have shown the column.

Change column order

Proceed as follows to change the order of columns in a list:

• Click on Machines in the navigation bar on the start page.
• Select the All machines option from the menu.
• The All machines list is displayed.
• Click on the cogwheel at the top right of the menu bar and then on Personalize. You are now in personalization mode.
• Move your mouse pointer to the title of the column you want to move.
• Click on the red arrow at the top right of the column, hold down the left mouse button and drag and drop the column to the desired position.

You have changed the order of the columns in the list.

Fix columns

Proceed as follows to fix columns in a list:

• Click on Machines in the navigation bar on the start page.
• Select the All machines option from the menu.
• The All machines list is displayed.
• Click on the gear wheel at the top right of the menu bar and then on Personalize. You are now in personalization mode.
• Move your mouse pointer to the heading of the column you want to fix.
• Click on the red arrow at the top right of the column to open the personalization action menu.

• Select the action Set fixation.

You have fixed the column.
