Set valuation price
Note
The option to set valuation prices is only displayed if you have the corresponding authorization.
Proceed as follows to set a valuation price:

Click on Machines in the navigation bar.

Select the All machines option from the menu.

The All machines list is displayed.

Use Filter to filter the All machines list for machines that need to be evaluated.

Select the machine for which you want to set the valuation price.

The machine card is opened.

Evaluation price suggestions and comments on the suggestions can be found on the right-hand side of the screen in the info area (ALT+F2) under the Machine evaluation section.
- Click on Process > Set valuation price in the action bar.
- The Assistant for the valuation price is opened.
- Enter the valuation price to be set and click OK.
- A dialog box is displayed.
- Select from the following options:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| None | No employee is informed that the valuation price for this machine has been determined and that the valuation process has therefore been completed. |
| Data collector | The employee who created the machine is informed that the evaluation has been completed. |
| All participants in the evaluation process | All persons assigned to the employee are informed that the evaluation has been completed. You can find more information on this under the section Add seller for machine ratings |
- Confirm the option with OK.
The evaluation process for the machine is complete.
On the machine card, the fields Valuation amount, Valuation note, Valuation by and Valuation date are automatically completed with the new information.
